Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a regular customer of your company’s products. Recently, I purchased a packet of Vicks Cough Drops from a medical store. As per the pack, each tablet should weigh 3 grams, but I found that 6–7 tablets weigh less than 1 gram each.
It is extremely disappointing that a reputed international company like yours is involved in such discrepancies in weight and measurement. This amounts to misleading customers and taking advantage of their trust.
Many times, we purchase large packs of products like Ariel 5 kg without even counting or checking, trusting the brand completely. But such manipulation in weight and measurement feels like a betrayal of that trust.
I am attaching photos of both the underweight tablets for your reference. I expect a proper explanation and action from your side regarding this matter.
It is not about the value of ₹2; it is about the trust we place in your brand.
