I tried out Principal Secret's skin cream and it was pretty good. I didn't bother with their vitamins though, and when they sent them anyway I cancelled the order online. I got an email saying it was cancelled, but then they sent another delivery of vitamins. I tried calling a different company but couldn't get through, so I called back and they said they'd leave a message for someone to contact me. I even reported it to my credit card company, but now they're sending me letters demanding payment. I never gave them my card number or address, and I haven't even opened the packages of vitamins. What a hassle!
