Experienced cruiser, but first time with Princess, and had recurring unauthorized charges, my account was charged for bottled water that was not purchased, another charge was from a bar for a Long Island ice tea drink,we never set foot in this bar and again for bottled water ( 2 at this time) All charges supposedly were removed…. My husband and I had never had this experience while cruising with Royal Caribbean mostly, also with Carnival and Norwegian lines ( 30 plus cruises) medallions were never lost, so I don’t understand how it was possible,so I had to check my statement often because of this. It’s unacceptable.

Recommendation: Check your purchases,you may be charged for things that you didn’t buy
