My husband and I went on a 7 day carribean cruise March [protected]. The second day of the trip my husband and I were on an elevator when a crew member came on with a small cart. While exiting the elevator my husband tripped in the door way of the elevator injuring his arm. He went to medical and they bandaged his arm. He had to go several times to the medical. Shane Mansfield and Christina Knight gave us a settlement which we agreed to. Shane and Christina both stated that we would not be charged for any medical expenses.

Claimed loss: Shane Mansfield and Christina Knight stated no medical charges. once we were off the ship our card was charged for medical expense $164.30 I emailed both of them April 4th to date this has not been done.

Desired outcome: We want our credit card credited in the amount of $164.30 Michael Wenner Confirmation #9X2T7M02
