2ND CRUISE WITH PRINCESS
One pending we may cancel due to this fiasco
On November 18th in Los Angeles we encountered a 3 hour wait, with 3 Custom agents for 3000 passengers. No bathrooms, chairs,information etc.
I have my 2 transfer tickets for the bus I want to send back to you. We had to take private transportation and just barely made our flight. Numerous people in line missed their flight.
you must realize this Cruise had 75% elderly customers. Putting all of us through this horrific situation is inexcusable.
Where may I send my transfer tickets from ship to bus for a refund. We paid cash for our private transfer.
