Had a hotel reservation for June 12 check in and out on June 14th thru Priceline to my better half's sons graduation. On day of, had vehicle issues, alternator and tire. Couldnt get until the next day. So we not only did not get any of our money back yet, we missed the graduation and had to repair our vehicle. It's been a couple years since we used last. Had no issues when using in the past. NOW, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Anyways, We called around 1230 to cancel, a hassle to get done. Said would only refund one day. That never happened, yet. The 3rd party booking and customer service is less than desirable, Numerous calls. 3rd time they supposedly set up a complaint ticket. CORPORATE, ITSELF, HAS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
Not sure whats happened with Priceline anymore. I would advise them to revamp their service or they may be losing a lot more customers. They used to be very good.
Recommendation: Pot luck,Don't use till they reorganize their services
