Priceline.com review: Tried to change a hotel date

I booked a hotel for September the 18 - 19th 2026. 2 days later I needed to change the date to a week earlier. Called the hotel & they said they couldn't, That I needed to contact Price Line. So. I did. Got this Penny Chat to communicate with. They could not change the date. However , they suggest to cancel & rebook. OK.. Well. They would not reimburse me the hotel rate.. I said all I wanted to do is change the date. Price Line said you can't since you cancelled the booking. I said: You are the one to suggest to delete the booking & start over. But you will not refund any hotel room money. I thought it would be a simple thing to change. NEVER USE PRICE LINE..!..!

Claimed loss: $509.34

Desired outcome: Please refund me. All I needed was to change the date
