On the 7th August, my wife accidently booked wrong Holiday Inn Express Athens AL instead of Athens GA.
Holiday Inn Express was willing to give us a Hotel Cedit, but request had to come from the booking company.
Priceline.com claim they spoke to Holiday Inn Express and declined even a partial refund. Priceline also claims they used one of their 3rd parties to do the booking and thus will not be willing to even assist.

Terrible experience I recommend everyone to stay away priceline.com as things do happen.

Claimed loss: $470

Desired outcome: Partial refund or hotel credit would have been acceptable.
