I purchased 2 plane tickets with a car rental for Orlando Fl on 12/2/25. It was a great deal. Unfortunely, in March Jet Blue cancelled all flights for June 3, 2026 and moved us to June 4th. I called priceline right away and asked them how this works with my rental car. They told me they couldn't do anything. I reached out to the car rental company and they said PL has to make the changes. I called PL back and spoke with a supv on 3 different occassions and was told by a SUPV on 5/1/26 that we needed to wait till June 1 for them to call the car rental company and get them to override the reservation. Well I did just that. I called and spoke with Sara ID # [protected] and she told me there is NOTHING she can do but to escalate this. Well on the previous call (5/1), I was told it WAS escalated and they would pay any difference in money I may incur. She said "we need to listen to all tape recordings of prior calls to see basically if I was telling the truth." Are you for real? She said they would get back to me in 24-48 after listening to tapes. How convenikent, I leave in 72 hours and don't know if I will have a rental waiting. So I asked for a corporate phone number, again how convenient, there ISN'T ONE. I told them I was going to 7 on my side, which I am and I am contacting an attorney because they did not fulfill our contract. She couldn't care less. DO NOT USE PRICELINE...THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU WITH ANY CHANGES BEYOND YOUR CONTROL. I purchase ticket insurance, but insurance was not available for the car rental. SO basically, they have destroyed my vacation and have given me nothing but severe anxiety which is a problem for me.
