I’m writing to request a review and courtesy adjustment related to the “SummerVacation” coupon on two of my recent hotel bookings.
In May, I booked a 5‑night stay in
Edmonton
. When I tried to apply the “SummerVacation” coupon, I was told that my Blue status was a better deal, so I accepted that and did not use the coupon.
Later in May, when I booked a stay in
Thunder Bay
, I attempted to use the same “SummerVacation” coupon, but it showed as expired and could not be applied. I had been relying on being able to use that coupon for my Thunder Bay trip when I agreed not to use it on the Edmonton booking. price also increased to $209 from $149 as I was booking with agent. Also filed a review of hotel - terrible room- have had better rooms at much cheaper price at no name motels.
I feel this was misleading—if I had known I would not be able to use the coupon on my Thunder Bay booking, I might have made a different decision on my Edmonton stay. I’m requesting that you review both reservations and consider a courtesy adjustment or credit to reflect the coupon value I reasonably expected to receive.
My details:
Edmonton hotel stay: 5 nights in May [protected]
Thunder Bay hotel stay: booked in May [protected]
Coupon code: “SummerVacation”

Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your response.

You can copy/paste this, fill in the itinerary numbers and your name, and send it via the email or message option Priceline gives you for support.
Desired outcome: application of coupons as stated in email that I received. I am beginning to rethink using Priceline for my bookings and going back to expedia, etc as I previously had done.
