Priceline somehow sold the listing to booking.com that messed up our info. and thus the renter charged us 6 times the amount

NU/horspower car rentals Miami florida: Worst experience ever 3 1/2 hr shake down of lies, manipulations, fraud and unauthorized charges on our credit card. Seems they have a long history and priceline knows it but keeps selling.

Of course priceline will do nothing! They horrible and destroys our vacation!

Upon complaining they removed our gold status to a normal account

Desired outcome: Refund and restore our gold status!
