Power Home Remodeling review: Customer service, warranty policy, all

We have been customers of Power Home Remodeling since 2014, and our experience with their warranty service and customer support has steadily declined. Power has returned to our home multiple times for issues that should have been permanently resolved. Our gutters required service in the past, and our front door has needed repair five separate times. Despite these recurring problems, every warranty request results in a six‑month wait, which is unacceptable for a company that advertises premium products and a “lifetime warranty.”
Most recently, we contacted Power about a gutter issue on a different side of the house. Instead of honoring the warranty, we were told the policy had changed and that we now must guarantee our gutters are not clogged. We were never notified of any policy change, and this requirement was not part of our original agreement. Despite our documented service history, Power refused to send a technician to even inspect the issue.
The customer service experience was equally concerning. The representative we spoke with was rude and unprofessional, refused to let us speak with a manager, and placed us on a “manager call‑back list.” During the call, we could hear people laughing in the background, which made the interaction feel dismissive and disrespectful.
A warranty is only meaningful if the company stands behind it. Power Home Remodeling has not. The repeated service failures, excessive delays, unannounced policy changes, refusal to inspect a new issue, and unprofessional customer service have severely damaged our trust in this company. We are requesting management review our account, honor the original warranty terms, and address the conduct of their customer service staff.
