On 01/25/22 about 6:45 pm, after dealing with a rude cashier (by being snappy and not listening to the order by having to repeat it and being cut off in mid conversation) who took my order (white male) in the drive thru, I received my order at the drive thru window. After testing the fries, I noticed they were cold and informed the cashier of the matter and attempted to return the cold fries, instead of taking the cold fries he said, he would replace them and to move ahead and he would bring out fresh ones. after about 10 minutes had past and watching multiple vehicles leave the drive thru, at one point another frustrated customer come from inside the lobby of the restaurant on foot and confront the same cashier at the drive thru window about something and then return back to the lobby, after that took place I figured there was no need to join in the frustration's of the customer's in the lobby about my cold fries instead I left without the fresh fries due to no one was going to show up...
