April 2, 2026... I went through the drive through on Hwy 153 and Hamill road in Hixson TN .. ordered a fish sandwich and chicken strips ... the employees were in a argument as we sat waiting ... we waited in the drive through for 10 mins and then was asked to move forward for the order to become complete... 10 more minutes went by and I backed up to the drive through window and ask for a refund ... 20 mins and still no food ... the manager came to the window and ask me if I was ok? WTH? I said I'm fine and would like a refund ... she apologized for the wait and admitted it was very long ... then came back to the window and told me the food was ready and would I like the food instead of the refund ... WE TOOK THE FOOD AND I ASK FOR HER STORE NUMBER ... parked to eat and the food WAS HORRIBLE, went to the garbage ... I WANT A REFUND ... who can I reach to demand our money back?
