Popeyes review: Service and charge

I went into thr popeyes on centerpoint parkway in Alabama.
I placed an order for 2 chicken sandwich combos. The total was $21.80. Im not sure of the exact change. After she took my payment, she tells me there are no fillets ready and I will have to wait. It took almost 30 minutes. Then after she hands me the sandwiches, she tells me, "Oh we don't have fries ready." Luckily, they were just brought out. Then I asked for BBQ sauce and honey. they were out. I grabbed my bag and left. I realized that did not provide napkins or straws for my drink. Then to top it off, I was charged $27 and change, UGH! I wasn't given a receipt!
