On September 25, 2025 I had a issue with my Popeyes order so I file a complaint however after some time has passed my complaint has been getting denied and closed due to it being a food health issue so I filed another complaint then after some time has passed I finally was able to get a response from Popeyes saying that they have send me a gift card for the inconvenience (As Shown in the Picture) so I patiently waited since gift card takes 7 to 10 business days to arrive at max so after waiting for 3 weeks I never received the gift card so I knew something was wrong so I contacted Popeyes again but unfortunately they didn’t respond which no longer makes this a food health issue but instead a billing issue.

Desired outcome: I just want Popeyes to give me a $20 Popeyes Gift Card for the inconvenience.
