Popeyes review: Under and over cooked at the same time

I purchased a 10 piece, 2 sides, and 5 biscuit meal from the Popeyes in Sorrento, LA., store #4860. The food was horrible! The chicken was both over and undercooked. The biscuits were hard and tasted funny. My daughter only ate half of the beans because I told her to stop eating it. I live over 30 miles away from the Popeyes and am to exhausted from working to return back to make a complaint in person. In fact, I will never return back to that Popeyes because this is my 2nd negative experience with them. However, last time it was the customer service and not the food. Shame on the owners and managers for allowing food to be served in such a manner. It wasn't free.
