I ordered the 16-piece family size mild order with 3 sides. I was told to pull up and park to wait for the cajun fries. I parked for 10 minutes and the young guy who took my order at the drive thru brought out my large order. I checked to see if all was there and the cajun fries I had been waiting on were not in the bag. So I parked and went inside. The employee at the register said there were no fries but could get me macaroni and cheese. I agreed since my family was hungry. The store manager was standing right behind him with his back to me. The employee told him what happened and he agreed to getting me macaroni and cheese. He never once turned around to apologize. The restaurant was full with people watching. While I was waiting on the macaroni and cheese, the employee who brought me my order and took the order came to me and asked if I wanted to order. I told him I had ordered and paid $60 and was told to wait on my Cajun Fries. I also told him he brought my food out and it did not include the fries that I had been waiting on. He started laughing at me and turned around and walked off. The store manager still never turned around to confront the rude employee or apologize to me. I will definitely be submitting my reviews all over about this store. I am from southern Louisiana and grew up with the founders son. He would be shocked how Popeye's employees are allowed to treat customers.
I doubt it was you he laughed at.
