I was at Popeyes #2961 at 5701 Everhart Road Corpus Christi, Texas 78413 at approximately 830pm order number 20

The girl that took my order never told me there was going to be a wait on chicken when I ordered two 2 piece meal. I explained to her what sides I wanted and what kind of drinks I wanted. She said for me to drive up. I get to the window and paid after which she says they are out of all drinks they only had sweet tea and diet drinks. She then has me move up to lane 2 to wait on my order. As I was the only person outside waiting for my meal a male walked up to the pay window shirtless and smoking a cigarette talking and flirting with the drive-thru girl. He then threw his cigarette on the floor and ran inside they all laughed and he came back outside picked up his cigarette from the floor and went back to the window. Meanwhile, I am waiting on my food as over 20 minutes pass a young girl comes out with a blue shirt and dark pants and says my order was ready. I said why did this take so long she stated that I WAS LUCKY I AM GETTING FRESH CHICKEN BECAUSE SHE DID NOT HAVE TO GIVE ME FRESH CHICKEN... We argued that they forgot about my order and I did not want to eat cold food. She then turned around and walked inside while I was speaking to her. So I got out of my car and went inside to ask for her name and she refused to give it to me. I then asked the front girl what was her name she said she could not give it to me, I asked for her name and they all laughed and were hiding near the service window and left me up front for an additional 10 minutes and would not give me any information. I am not going to stop filing complaints until I receive a callback from a regional manager this was ridiculous.
