Do we, the complaintants, get any kind of an answer from you or do we just sit back and see what happens with filing our complaints? I want some answers and if I can't get them here where must we go to get some action?

I want my games I pay monthly for, all I am getting is the free games which do not
include the premium games I play

If they transfer my paid membership, tokens, badges and tokens I have earned I
will be satisfied with the change.

I had a paid membership with Pogo. Yesterday, 9-2-09, aol transferred me to another
Pogo program of games. However, they made me change my screen name and they
didnot transfer my payment plan, nor did they transfer my earned tokens of over
9, 000, 000.

I want this problem resolved or I will take it through every legal channel I can to get
my rewards and prizes from Pogo and any refund that is due.

AOL and Pogo made this transfer without a notice of any kind to give the members a
choice.

I'm expecting fairness and if not, I will get it leagally.

I would like to join but how much is it and how do i talk to someoneabout it

how do i pay to get in with pogo i would like to talk to someone but i dont know how to get in touch with any one how much o it cost and how i go about it

I've been with pogo since 2003 and have never won nothing but wallpaper. When they show the winners you never reconized the names, they are all made up. I just paid my 39.95 for the year believe me it will be my last payment too them as they are a big rip off and all they are doing is taking our hard earned money. This was one of my only enjoyments in life as I am retired. I have better places to put my money, , not to some rip offs. I hope someone will be able to do something to this so -called company.

yes, dear. call your bank and tell them that you decided to cancel them and they are still charging you. tell them you want them to block pogo from charging you. it is call unauthorized charges. God Bless you.

Just call your bank or credit card company and tell them to block any future payments to pogo.com... that should do it...

i cannot believe that when the opponents leave a rated game cus they are losing and u have to hit the robot to play against cus no 1 will come and finish someone elses game for u, that the robot kicks ur ### and u lose the points, its disgusting that we pay for this site and u allow this behaviour, if oppenant leaves they should lose the game and u get the score not the other way round, think again pogo this is stupid, waste £5 a month for this game site for ridiclous rules PATHETIC rules

You all are a bunch of cry babies. Learn to use your computer. LMAO. Pogo is a great site. Your computer obviously has issues. I've been a member for 7 years, and never had any of these problems. This goes especially to Nancy Gutknecht 34. LOL

You know this happens often enough to me as well. I would just say it's glitches and what not but it happens way to often.

There is a mortgage advertisement with Obama's head on a body doing a dance. I have seen monsters and other bodies depicted. I have never seen any other president or president elect disgraced like this nor have I seen another politician. This ad is offensive and just wrong.

I have been a member of Pogo now for five years.
Have enjoyed very much the variety of games and badges offered which are really fun and challenging.
However, just lately it seems I cannot get inside a game like Everyone Wins Bingo. The rooms are always full and takes forever to download. Years ago, this was not a problem. Are you offering too many memberships?
Just needed to vent a little. Us old timers I guess think we deserve special treatment. haha

Just so everyone knows and maybe the problem can be fixed. I downloaded the free trial of the game "Lottso Deluxe" and was informed by my antivirus protection that their was a" Trojan Virus" trying to enter, thank goodness I was able to stop it from entering. but this is scary to think that it could have entered and messed up alot if not everything I have on my computer. I just feel everyone should be aware and pogo should investagate, you could loss alot of customers if not fixed soon.

I am sick and tired of not being able to play games. I just paid you to do so. I have had trouble for over six months. You are a real bunch of CROOKS. Fix your crap or get off of the internet and give us our money back. From what I read I am not the only person having trouble with your games. What a rip off you are, one of the largest on the internet!

For the second time I have gotten a totally different screen for games. This is not acceptable. What can you do to fix this.

I have been trying to get personal badges on pogo. Every time I select a badge I get a window "about blank" and the game does not populate. What is going on? I only have 2 to complete badges. Im not going to make because it wont show up. I have 9 out 12. I am angry. I pay every month for this site.

Can anyone answer me this. My pogo.com membership got temporarily suspended by someone hacking into my account. You know Pogo.com says that to "never give out your passowrd." and you kno that is so not true. I did it once and it got me suspended I think, wasn't sure if was them or someone else but I have heard storied of people hacking peoples' account. How long till I have to wait to get back on?

i so agree i cant chat either there is no send but i can play games and everytime i click on a game the box is small i tryed playing scramble and i couldnt see the full letters that they gave me to put on the bar! i had to click on them and lift them to see the letter...pogo is very annoying now

not really a complaint, whenever I am bowling, I can pm chat but i cant chat with the main room

Please, I really really want to join and pay by cash has received my payment via my checking account. I gave them all the info and they told me in an e-mail they got my money and that it takas 6 days to clear their bank. This was on the 3rd of Nov. 08. So now I am unable to find out why I am not on Club pogo yet. Please is there anyone on your end to help me really want to be on club pogo. Sincerely,

I have re-registered with pogo.com for one year again. the only problem is that when i entered my screen name to re-register, it said it was in use; duh, i was using it. So, i tried again, this time, i made a typo of one number and of course the site grabbed that and i lost my one million, 700 plus tokens and all of my badges. I have tried and tried and tried in vain to contact pogo, but u cannot contact them. What is with this. they now have my money and i don't have what i thought i was paying for. HELP HELP HELP PLEASE! I would like to have this matter rectified or i want my money back. I will go to the internet fraud people and see what they can do for me. I'm sick and tired of trying to reach pogo. I have a number, but that's only automated and you cannot talk to anyone even if u push the button for billing., u cant talk to anyone.

My subscription is paid until January, I cannot get into a room without signing up, says i am not a member. Also I am not able to update my my visa, in which i only need to change year to 1910.

Account banned after a simple mistake. Trying to talk to someone to resolve it met with blank copy-and-paste replies. Have been an EA customer of over 30 years, and will now boycott the brand.

I was trying to put my card on to play a game and wasn't working but I was charged twice, not for the game but $1.00 twice this is not ok, I want to speak to some one through gmail my mail is art.lover17@yahoo.com and a refound.

meter stinks when putting on green there's not enough meter to get ball to hole. uphill putts really bad...you need a new meter system other than that game great.

Ive had sims 4 for years and suddenly it is telling me i can no longer play enless i get ea play.. it says it ea play exclusive.. why. I have spent 100's of dollars on game packs, stuff packs and expansions. is it a real thing or a computer error

They banned me and they refuse to provide with evidence of such ban, how am I supposed to accept just the tyrannical decision of a permanent ban without any further explanation? I want my money back, highly unethical from EA.

Everytime I play this game it constantly crashing. I've never had a Fifa do this before until now I've tried every tip and been on phone everything I try doesn't help what so ever absolutely fed up of this because I'm having losses for no reason

I was charged 3x on 10/31/2022 on my credit card by ea. I do not have an account and no one in my family has made these charges. There was nothing sent through email since I don’t have an account. All I have are the charges for $16.23 each on my credit card bill. The company does not have a way to contact them unless you have an account.

On 10/16/2022 I was charged $6.99 for a monthly pogo charge. I never get a monthly Pogo account, I always pay yearly $39.99. Please take this off my credit card. I already contacted my credit card account. I am not going to pay this. How much more do I need to tell you. This is what happened and I need it taken care of ASAP.

i had an account open under an email that got hacked into niroslaughter@gmail.com and i had to delete it but i remembered my password for it i wrote to tech support and filled out some questions giving my ip address and more information please look into this i had almost all of your sims4 games and a lot of sims 3 you guys never got back to me
