I just won the $5 dollar prize in a spin two weeks ago. Guess what? I just got an email yesterday stating that I to was cheating! It's such a crock, I am running on Windows ME and anyone that has Windows ME still, knows there isn't any software compatible with it. I have never ran any autoplayers, nor have i ever cheated, or given out my account information. OH and as for the accusation I did something with the game codes...I'm lucky I know how to turn my laptop on and off. Fooling with "game codes" just isn't something I am capable of. Although it was only five dollars, I am ticked I was accused of cheating. OH and yes, they did leave that I won the five dollars in my winnings, but took away my badge. I won't be re-newing my membership either, which is ashame because I really do enjoy playing the games.

Wow. None of this has happenned to me, but if u guys do decide to do something about it, i would definitely help. This needs to be exposed.

I am sick and tired of getting this when I try to play games on pogo. If I were to sign off and resign back in, I have no problems. However when I've been online for a while and try to go back and play games on pogo, it WILL NOT ACCEPT MY PASSWORD OR SCREEN NAME(SIGN ON NAME)TO BEABLE TO SIGN BACK ON. It happens every time, not just once in a while. pLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS. i REALLY DO HATE HAVING TO SIGN OFF AND RESIGN BACK ON

I have been playing in pogo games for more than 5 years and have watched it degrade from fun games to games rooms with chats that result in grown men chasinging down 14 yr olds and raping them. Grown men admitting to assaulting his girl friend and her father. Upon investigation this was found to be true and he is in jail. There are 10, 11, 12 13, 14 yr olds in this room participating in extremely graphic sexual conversations, playing out sexual activity, being told what they could do with body parts. Pogo has a reporting system which doesn't work and is, for the most part, no used to control the conversations. There have been blatant solicitations of young girls, 11, 12, 13, etc by grown men. These girls give out their addresses, myspace and e-mail addresses. I have continually reported these situations to pogo. I have copies of their e-mails back to me and photos of the conversations being conducted. Two days ago my account was suspended. I had been reporting the verbal abuse/sexual conversation and suggestions by an adult female to a 10 yr old male. They did not remove the male and the women continued her conversations with the child. I butted in and started mimicing their conversations (if that is what you want to call them) using all their graphic language, suggestions, etc. This was done on purpose to see what pogo was going to do. About three hours later they suspended my account for the same reason I have been reporting other players who continue to play. I'm not surprised this happened as this has been the one way they could shut me up. Reports of these incidents have also been made to legal authorities. Maybe something will be done.

i was so excited today, after years of telling people the jp was fake i won, in the hog heaven slots 4999.00
but then mysterieously, the email they sent me vansihsed, and my jp badge disaperd, and the jp went back, like it never happened. and they sent me a email one saying i cheated, but then when i tried to respond, it disaperd like it was a trogen or somehting and i wont have to wait 60 days... im so fed up with this crap

for 10 years no one real has ever one, and they say we all have cheated prove it!

there is no way of knowing if anyone cheated for real, unless they have time logs or something, but recently on tech tv, a former pogo employee said it was all fake and it was an advertising gimic!

well as of this moment, im getting a bunch of people together former jp winners, and im filling a formal lawsuit!

I have not received any news as to why i was cancelled

i am a pogo club member have been since 2000. i have been very frustrated for 3 days now trying to get to play the games. i keep getting a message that reads (entitlement check failed for user id). i don't know if the problem is on their end or mine. i have gone on the customer support and contacted them but i have nor heard from as of yet. if it is not resolved i am going to cancel my membership.

On April 5th I was playing jigsaw puzzle in pogo, when i finished the game it landed on $ sign and then double jackpot came up then it paused for a second or two and only gave me 139 tokens.So I wrote to pogo and the explanation was unbelievalbe they said sorry for the confusion, but sometime you will lose an internet connection and it will stop on the $ sign (which if u lose your internet connection for a second you go back to window and you are booted out of the game ) then they gave me someother explanation what could of happen which none of them made sense.So if anyone has any idea how i can go over there head and prove my point please email thank you June

I too was a winner of $10 about 3 years ago. I had my badge on, and one day, it just disappeared! I didn't care about the $10 really, I liked the badge! I immedietly e-mailed pogo to see what was going on, and they said that sometime in the past I had cheated, but couldn't tell me when how, or why. They said that my account is not eligible to win any prizes. I think pogo is a crock! They only give out their prizes when they have to, so everyone can't say they didn't get their money. If EVERYONE said they didn't get their money, then we probably could file a suit.

I have been thrown off pogo and I believe my credit card didn't go thru. What do I do now to get back on pogo. I started a new account under ivan1101 and I don't want this because I have points on my jneb03041@aol.com account. Please get back to me thank you

I would love for you all to write me directly so I can fwd them all to the attorney generals gambling section. I believe a class action lawsuit could be brought on our behalves, or at least the appropriate state authority would be aware. Please do so and include your story in as professional a way possible. Also copy the email accusing us of cheating if you can. I live just about as far from Ca as you can, or I'd be up their patoots. I'll certainly do it long distance though. No spammers please.

Pogo games has been billing me monthly for several years and I didn't ever sign up for this. Now it seems impossible to cancel the charges. They need to be stopped!

If they are getting proof maybe they own or pay the companies such as badge help. orthey pay cheat program sites for information if this person ever purchased such a program from them. The only other thing they can do in Java is check the timing of the playing. Cheat programs are very repetitive playing in the same time cycle over and over.

I won a whopping $5 in a jackpot spin playing Lottso about 2 weeks ago (3/2008). I'm not sure if as a member that should be doubled or not. I was given the cheat email and either way, I wrote to the attorney general of California (they have a gaming section) as well as the BBB.

If we all do this, there may be an investigation into their fraudulent audits they claim is where they find we've cheated. If I could cheat, I would've won a lot more or a lot more often than once in 7 years.

To look up the attorney general in Ca or the BBB you only need the name of Pogo or EA and to know they're in Redwood City, Ca. I did it all by email, hope it works!

I have, just got banned for two days because of advertising cheat info they think which I didn't. I don't cheat. I just had said I use a dictionary to help figure out words in word whomp but have to have another pogo player or friend play word whomp whackdown because can't do it on my own. They call that cheating. The only rule they have in pogo is no cheats or autos they say nothing about a friend doing a badge for you as cheating or using a dictionary as a cheat, if was a cheat I would not have downloaded it, it would have said cheat. I think I might sue them , maybe get a group of pogo players and we could all get our moneys worth, and tell them we should get money because we were promised we would before we signed up. Or that there were lots of chances of winning.

I think with all the complaints on Pogo with not receiving money won and being called a cheater there is enough to start a law suit against them, we pay all this money to play and hopefully win and then Pogo turns around and says "cheater" just to get out of paying what is owed to someone. I feel Pogo is scam just to get peoples money for memberships. They don not pay winners and then lie about cheating.

There is a player who is in hog heavens desert room. He has several screen names and ridicules pogo for not being able to ban him. His text is often times offensive, using the word ### at will in additon to other inappropriate things. The nane is uses most often now id daddypope but everyone calls him tokies.

I would like pogo to monitor this room ZAand get rid of this player for good.

If you don't want to go to the expense of a lawsuit how about ALL of you who have won write a letter to one of the news shows-20/20 etc. I would think if they got enough letters complaining and asking them to look into it it might do some good. Can you imagine what the bad publicity could do to Pogo? When you consider Pogo is bragging "now 1,500,000 members" ( at 39.999 each that's a ton of money per year) what would it do to their membership numbers if this was made public? Also the government should be looking into this how about calling the BBB? They might be interested IF they get enough complaints.

I got the cheater email too! For a $25 targert gift card in Nov 2005. It is still posted under my account that I won the prize and I still have the badge but I never got the prize. Guess they are the CHEATERS!

I paid Pogo $39.95 for a years subscription to their "scam" site over the Christmas holidays.

They gladly excepted my money, but when I try and log on it's a nightmare, and impossible.

I'm getting old and am disabled from an accident I had a few years back and thought Pogo might just be the thing to help keep my mind occupied. It turned out to be true, but in a "Bad Way".

When I try and log on it says stuff like,
1. Cannot locate account data
2. Cannot locate token amount
3. Invalid username/password
4. We are having technical dificulties

And there are more. It goes on and on.
They are clearly scam artists and thieves. The jackpots have remained the same for over a year now.

Instead, they are awarding people with five dollar jp's...
This company has got to be stopped.

Why don't you just sue them then. If they say you won a jackpot, or won something, and you take screenshots and keep the conf emails, you CAN sue them for fraud. They have to give you info on this "cheating" . They can't just say "yes you cheated and you wont get your money". They have to show VALID proof of this "cheating" and if you ask they HAVE to by LAW show you. And if they don't just get a laywer and sue them. If enough people want to they can get a huge LAWSUIT going and by the time everyone is done they'll be bankrupt.
I know if i was told i won 4,999$ and then 60 days later they told me i cheated, oh i would DEF. be sueing someone.

in late aug or early sept 2007 i agreed to join club pogo (no adds etc.} on Sep22/o7 my master card card#[protected] was charged for $41.23 canadian $ i cannot remember what my pogo name was then but later i changed it a couple of times and is now gardon5p and after changing it i did not then nor nowshow that i belong to club pogo so i cannot get into thesite where there are no adds etc. could you please correct this by putting it on my current name site. i did not know that changing names would have done this. thanks.

I too have been a member for 7 years --I got terminated & sent an E-mail as to why & got the cheat e-mail ! what a joke ! Because I like to play on pogo I took a new name & paid the $39.00 only to be terminated agasin 3 monts later.. Hello! I think they know who they can milk many $39.00 out of, and I think its those of us who have been paying for years they terminate us over some made up reason, banking on the Idea that we will just rejoin. YES ! I feel like a sucker & yes I think a class action law suit should be filed this company is a fraud ! When i asked for an explanation for termination I got the standard policy e-mail! Then was told to go to EA support for further information when I tried to access this I was blocked & could'nt get in. A tag came up that said I did'nt have access because of being teminated. PLEASE someone needs to bust this "ripoff "company ! you can also read more of these fraud reports on rip off .com. So its happening to alot of us .. they will milk our money then when it gets too hot they will belly up & probably confess.

Yep, I paid with Paypal too and never found anything stating that by using Paypal, I was not entitled to do the 2 week trial thing either. I knew after the first hour that I wanted my money back and began emailing them for my refund. Their advertisement was very misleading and the link that was eventually provided required that you be a member to read. They have since changed that.
