Playtika review: Purchase reversed
Nov 10, 2025 at approximately 8:29 MDT I discovered that Bingo Blitz on VIP PRO had posted an offer of 5965 gems for $84.99 USD. I purchased this offer using Apple Pay and played bingo for awhile. Later that afternoon I received an email from Bingo Blitz saying the offer appeared incorrectly and they were doing a system wide cancellation of these purchases and crediting my method of payment. I returned to BB and discovered my gems were gone and they had given me a gift of 200 gems. They have not done a system wide reversal of purchases as my husband purchased the same offer through his Apple account and he still has his gems.
Claimed loss: 5985 gems
Desired outcome: I want this transaction to complete, I want what was offered and what I purchased. No reputable company would take back your purchase if it was discovered to have been purchased at an incorrect price that they posted.
