When I placed my order by phone for pick up I asked if I should pull up in front of the store (as I did twice before) & call in & they bring it out? Gentleman said yes we can do that. I get there, call in as the sign stated. Lady said I'd have to come in & get it. Again, no big deal as I was parked right in front of the door. Problem was I brought my new puppy with me & didn't want to leave her in car alone. That's why I asked when I placed my order.

One large "create your own" large thin curst, garlic sauce Pep & Sausage Pizza.

The cardboard box it was put in would have tasted better! I was only able to eat two slices & had to toss the rest! It was greasy, pepperoni was curled up, cheese was barely visible! I realize I ordered thin crust but this was ultra thin & predictably, burnt in places.

I have been very pleased with past orders & want you to know this happned so you can address it.
