Pizza Hut the philippine cashier

Today at Pizza Hut alwahda mall, at 1:20 pm on 19/09/2019, and you can check the camera.
First I asked the cashier about the offer and she throw the menu on me I'm un politely, I didn't said any thing she was showing me the anger face not smiley if she have problems it's not the customer matter every one have problem and we just leave in our back once we see a client, second thing the man who is working with her asked politely about the bill and she said with anger voice ( I naco phillipense word) are we in school and dealing with kids even the kids we are teaching them the respect. If she told me please I'm busy and I'm alone can you give me 10 minutes I promise you that no one will said no all we are humans and we can understand each r. But showing the anger face this is not acceptable.Then also another Arab lady said in Arabic excuse me dear she want to give her the order then I talked to Arab lady she said loudly yes MADAMS why you r talking about me I told her no we want to complain now. Then I told her why there is no name tag so I can complain she show me like I don't care face ( if she trust her self she will wear). Please go to the camera and check, her manger talked to me and said sorry I told him sorry and I thank him but this is not about sorry the issue is all about RESPECT, I want a warning letter for her and some politely course for her and teach her don't smile but at least RESPECT the client. It was a weekend really she made my day worse. Really Pizza Hut who is in charge I'm not happy, bad experience and I'm shocked . I want to see that you take a serious action for me and for the future clients. I think she is big enough

Pizza Hut all service and cleanliness

I was ignored by waitstaff as they walked past 3 times and didn't offer to seat me.
The mens bathroom was dirty, stank, and trash can overflowing.
Never returned to table or brought my bill.
When I went to pay they couldnt figure how to ring up on computer.
Were not using a cash register. She had to fish my change out of a plastic cup!
A completely unsatisfactory experience.

I visited the Pizza Hut in La Grande, OR tonight. I tried to find a way to just notify local ownership but was unsuccessful. Please look at the attached picture as an example of the requirement of daily cleaning. The entry doors are filthy. This is an example of a public health problem. Good food tonight and the team was kind and helpful. This appears to be a ownership involvement issue.

Pizza Hut delivery pizza, brownies

Sunday, 9/15/19, I ordered and had delivered a medium thin crust supreme with no mushrooms and extra cheese, a brownie dessert and a Pepsi. Hours after ingesting the contaminated food, I was sick with symptoms of the food poisoning, remained very ill for hours, and am still not completely recovered.

Monday, 9/16/19, I called and reported the issue to Pizza Hut, 4911 South Peoria
Avenue, Tulsa, Oklahoma, and was told that the tainted food would be investigated and that the manager said she would refund my bank account the first thing when she arrived to work the next day.

Tuesday, 9/17/19, when the refund did not appear in my bank account, I called again and spoke with Trina, who represented herself as the General Manager and said that she had processed the refund herself, which is a lie and proves the restaurants indifference at poisoning its customers.

I have the remains of the pizza and brownies and will contact the Health Department to report the incident and ask to have the food tested, which I will consider using in a lawsuit if I do not have a satisfactory solution this afternoon.

Pizza Hut delivery time is unacceptable

My constant complaint and I can see that I am not the only one that your delivery system takes promises 70 minutes to deliver, which is totally ridiculous, but delivers more than 2 hours and fifteen minutes. No other company does that. I asked the customer service gentleman who answered my complaint why, he in return told me because the branch that serves me is on high demand. Not only that, the food comes cold, burnt and its done with zero quality. Your company used to be a renowned company, now I am not so sure.

I see the following solutions:

1. Hire more delivery personnel.
2. Open new branches.

Obviously you have too much customer base, that you seem not to care anymore.

Pizza Hut service and lack of respect

I went in Pizza Hut at 6:55pm and ordered two medium pizzas to go, along with order of garlic knots and Sierra Mist two litter bottle to go. I ordered a salad while I waited. After half an hour, I asked how my to go order was coming. I was the only one in restaurant but a lot of phones were ringing for deliveries. After 8:05pm, I went up to the counter to check on the order. It was then the manager asked who order was sitting there. She said his, pointing to me. When I checked it was not hot or even really warm. It apparently had been sitting there for quite some time. The girl was new and having a hard time on the registers and even my order was messed up. I told her to keep everything and I was leaving. She said she did not blame me.
This is only the second time in six months I have visited this Pizza Hut and the last time was also a disaster. I have now given up on Pizza Hut and could give the manager a strong course on how to teach new employees and even if busy, make sure customers in restaurant are satisfied with their food and service. This manager would never and should never be in charge of a business like Pizza Hut that caters to ensuring the "customer, all the customers come first"

Pizza Hut everything!

I placed an order online to be delivered. An hour and a half later, I still had no pizza. I called, they put me on hold and never pick back up. So I drove up there. I walk in and everyone is just sitting around. I proceed to tell them my issue. They finally bring my food out. I also had paid online with my debit card for the delivery fee and the drivers tip money. I get home with the food and it's not even cooked all the way and it's cold! This is just plain uncalled for! Very very disappointed.

Pizza Hut missing food.

The last time I went pizza hut I had ordered a p'zone, two orders of wings, some garlic knots, and a pasta. They actually almost forgot 2 items but I had remembered the wings before I left the store. I didn't remember the pasta because as you can see I had a lot of stuff. I told one of the employees that and mentioned that I had just remembered it because i looked back at my order online. They just insisted that I should've called the next they and didn't bother to do anything about it after I said this my first time noticing that I didn't get it. I'm never going there again

Pizza Hut pizza crust type

Ordered my usual hand tossed pizza but did not receive hand tossed. It is thin and crispy. They had me take a picture and still demanded it is hand tossed. I have ordered this 2 times so far and never has it appeared or felt so thin. I am unsatisfied with the conclusion of this issue and the taste and quality of this pizza. Please fix the issue not to mention the wings were a bit undercooked as well but that was fixable the pizza I did not enjoy! [protected] about 12-1pm

Pizza Hut pizza (quality and quantity) & trash talking servants!

I went to Pizza Hut yesterday (Islamabad I-8 Markaz branch). The quality and quantity of pizza according to price is third class and when I called one of the representatives to tell him the situation he trash talk with me and my friends. The standard of Pizza Hut is just destroyed by the customer service they have to give! Unfortunately, customer service of respective branch and quality is third class. If I ask him a question about food he has no right to trash with me. I am not servant to him instead he is. They are just destroying Pizza Hut brand name because if a person comes to Pakistan then they will thought how poor this service is!

Pizza Hut pan pizza

Hello,
This will be the second time I ordered a pan pizza.
And have gotten thin
Please you need to retrain your employees how a pan pizza should look, and taste
It was bad really. We are with at&t fiber optics we are doing work here in ulysses kansas we have been here 3 weeks and we stay at hotel for week and head home on weekends. And we will be here until finish a contract 2 months.
As you should know that there's not much here on this town as restaurants.

Pizza Hut pan pizza

I grew up with Pizza Hut as a kid and I loved the original pan pizza. It was king to me when it came to pizza. Although with this new formula pizza hut rolled out in May 2019 I feel to me it's horrible and isn't the same as the original pan pizza. The dough taste undone and I think it was a mistake for Pizza Hut changing things. I don't even look forward to eating pizza there no more.

Pizza Hut Pizza

Dear Concern,

Yesterday I placed an order to have a Pizzas deal of Rs. 1, 680/- (one large, one medium and one small). The same has been delivered timely.

Two of the pizzas (large & medium) were consumed by serving it to guests whereas the small pizza remained with us for today's use.

As soon as I plucked one piece to eat, I observed that it is half-cooked / half-baked which can be clearly seen in attached pictures. If I couldn't see and eat (this raw dough like ‘Katcha Atta'), this may be harmful & injurious for my health. I am afraid that the rest of the pizzas were also had same quality / standard which we served to guests. They also may have noted but did not complaint due to courtesy.

It's a serious issue which I am highlighting, the small pizza is with me for (as) witness.

Please advise, what to do?

Pizza Hut my order wasn't complete plus the driver was giving more money than the delivery of item be delivered

I placed an order for a large pizza with a hershey cookie. Driver only delivered the pizza. Told them i'm at the hospital doors closed at 9:pm. So he cannot bring bk the rest of my order. By the way I paid $30.00 to the driver for half of an order. I called the pizza hut store multiple times to get something done about this they kept on transferring me to a manager that. Never picked up the phone. I called bk at least 3 times. I want something done about this they got my money with half an order. No solution

Pizza Hut My dry little pizza

I ordered a personal Pan Pizza $4.19 on Sat. Aug 31 2019 @ 9:30 Pm. when i Got it in a hurry to get to wrok at night. I didn't have time to check what was done to my pizza, But when i got to work the pizza was dried out and stuck to the card board paper it came in. Also it was very small and the topping were missing . I ordered pepperoni, Italian sausage and onions, and i got just a sprinkle of each. Not to mention how dissapointing it was. I quess i'll have to go to dominos pizza because i can't get my money back . My ticket # is 0102 and order # is 031355. Pizza Hut service

ذهبت إلى فرع التحرير الساعة الواحدة وعند الصعود للدور العلوى تم ابلاغى عن طريق احد العاملين ان الدور العلوى المطعم مغلق وقال انه لا يوجد اصطاف للخدمة بالأعلى وعند حضور المدير ومع وجود أكثر من طاولة فارغة إلا أنه لم يتم التعاون لضم طاولتين وقال ان هذا ممنوع عاوزين تقعدوا كدة ماشى مش عاوزين براحتكم وسابنى ومشى وكمان بكلمه بيعلى صوته ومش راضى ولا يقول اسمه ولا اى رقم او مكان للشكاوى وسبت الفرع ومشيت فعلا اسواء مكان شفته فى حياتى وكمان صورت ثلاجة السالاد عليها منديل وطاولة عليها منديل فى الدور العلوى وثلاجة السالاد باين جدا ان هى لسة مطفية

Pizza Hut manager chris

I placed an order for delivery after an hour I called the store, was placed on hold for 15 minutes, called back on hold 20 min (now going on almost 2 hrs for my order) and spoke to a girl who said my delivery was on its way. The tracker online also stated this. I got a call back 5 min. later from Chris telling me he had cancelled my order due to no Apt # listed. I told him how long I've been on hold on the phone and he stated he was busy and called me 2x. I had no missed calls. I asked him to look online because I was looking at my order and my pizza hut account was showing me an apt # listed. He started yelling at me calling me a liar, that he was looking as we speak. I'd love to attach the screenshot s of my account and call history! I asked for manager he said he was general manager and would not give me a number or contact of anyone higher. When I asked his name he argued asking why that was needed he's too busy. He finally said I'm Chris. As a manager at an 80 million dollar store, I would never disrespect, call my customers liars not lie about a opportunity that could've been easily resolved. I would appreciate a call, email or follow up due to how this 'manager' has treated me.

Pizza Hut the pizza and bread sticks that I got from pizza hut, which looks and taste like days old.

I order 3 medium 1 pepperoni 2 cheese pizza, 2 order of bread sticks and 2 bone less wings. I always get it fresh and good, which my family liked it a lot, but today was a different story and very disappointed. I went there to picked it up and got my orders and I went home when me and my families trying to eat it, the pizza taste like it has been sitting there all day or more and the bread sticks are harder than a rock.Some of us has some stomach ache right after we tried out some and thrown away to garbage everything and I'm very disappointed and frustrated with this and y'all need to contact this location talk to the manager, but I tried nobody answers my call. I'm really really mad and frustrated with the order that I got and I'm still pissed off. I'll never eat pizza hut ever again and I'll tell my friends and family no to get anything from pizza hut.

Pizza Hut quality of product

I ordered a cheese pizza with extra cheese on line. The order came, but the extra cheese was not included on my pizza. The pizza was very thin and did not have much cheese on it. The order came on time and did include the side that was ordered. I am not looking to get any money regarding my complaint, but would like to get the pizza that I ordered.

Pizza Hut order never arrived

Last nite i placed an order online at the local lamesa texas pizza hut and after waiting an hour i called back to pizza hut n they answered me heard my problem and then hang up on me i called back several times n never got anyone on the line again ...well long story short i never recieved my order. We did not leave newhere and were home all evening and night so there was no way we missed them...they jusy did not come and when i called this morning to complaon they state i need to call the night manager but wont tell me who to speak to they just simply hang up on me again ... lamesa texas pizza hut is horrible this is not the first time ive had this problem and i will not be goin back to pizza hut again

Pizza Hut deal with t-mobile

On 8/23/2019 I tried to purchase the offer you have with T-Mobile coupon CY7BB5KK5QH5 which includes for $7.99 (plus tax) a 2 topping large pizza and 8 bone-out wings but all of the locations on your website stated that it was not available in any of the Las Vegas, NV stores. Why advertise and item with another major company and not honor your word. All I can say is that I, my family and my company have lost all interest in purchasing any food from your company now and in the future since you are not an honorable company and try to advertise under false pretenses. I expect you to honor this and also make amends to all the customers who believed the deal you had with T-Mobile. I expect an apology to me, my family and all T-Mobile customers.
