Pizza Hut online ordering for pickup

Placed order on line for carry out tried delivery first was told no delivery would be available today so i placed order on line for carry out was given pick up time for 8:05 arrived at store at 8:12 to pick up my order and was told i had another 45 mins wait tinw because they was on a hour and half cook time so i remained at the store until 9:07 with my order very unlikely I would be returning to this location its always a problem here at this store pick up or delivery it was employees sitting around on their phones playing wslking in and out the store several times while the store was very busy it was a lot of people in the store at this time veru unprofessional here

Pizza Hut service

Yesterday on 10.04.2019
I visited with my family to mall of emirates food court I ordered 1 pizza and 1 Hershey cookies
While taking my order from counter I forgot to take cookies which I already paid for also I dint got reminder pager so that I will remind about my food.
I finished my pizza and left for home, when I remind about my cookies I called to customer care if they can arrange home delivery for cookies I was ready to pay delivery charges.
Customer care executive said he will arrange delivery in 20-25 min., he took my address and number,
But neither had he arrange any delivery nor anyone take any action to take care about this.
I got call from your customer care executive with false information that he already sent delivery.
I dint got any delivery or my cookies for which I already paid for
This was worst experience I feel from pizza hut.
If you are not able to send my paid food then simply reject or refuse to send
So that at least I will get it myself or send somebody to collect it
But at least not make any fake promises like this to make fool for others that pizza hut is cares for customers
You don't have any right to make false information/ or promises to customers
I kindly suggest you to respect your customers and their time.

Pizza Hut a call in delivery order for 12 medium wings and a large pizza half pepperoni and half meat lovers.

I called Pizza Hut on S. New hope rd around 8:48pm tonight.
I wanted to order the .50 cent wings(12ct) and I had a coupon for a free pizza due to it taking 2 1/2 hours last time.
The young girl didn't know anything about the .50 cent wing deal and I stated that I still wanted to order my wings.
I then told her about the coupon and she got mad & hung up.
I don't know if she got upset because she kept reading me back the wrong coupon number or what but she hung up on me and I called back twice and I kept being sent to the Pizza Hut message and then the phone just started ringing. I let the phone ring for 7 minutes and 48 seconds!
I was just trying to call her back and tell her that I ordered online and to make sure that my pizza was well done!
I really hope she or whoever else is working tonight does not do anything to my food.
I buy from this location at least 1 or twice every 2 weeks and I have never had this experience with any team member.
She is a young black girl with a quite voice.
I'm also a 37 year old black woman.

Pizza Hut salad bar and service

I went to the Ponderay Pizza Hut today, April 9, 2019. I had the absolute worst service. There were an employee on their cell and a friend of his visiting with him. I waited a while but then seated myself. I ordered cheese bread sticks and one trip salad bar. The salad bar only had a few things that looked edible. The onions were old and dried out. The cucumber were frozen and slimy. The broccoli was dried out and rubbery. The cottage cheese was dried out. Only thing that I could see was any good was lettuce!

Pizza Hut rude woman drops drugs

Night time manager, Nicole was rude, looked jacked up on something. I noticed she dropped a small white tied bag. She hurried and put it under her shoe and changed the subject. Asking the same question again. "Did you enjoy your food?" I said "yes it was delicious thank you." she said" that's because I made it" I paid for my meal and went home. I think she needs to be talked to about how to talk to customers politely and I feel like she should be drug tested.

Pizza Hut too few employees to serve customers, facility is very unclean, the building is in disrepair.

On April 1st, today, I drove to the local PizzaHut to pick up a take out order. I sat at the window for a significant amt of time and a worker never came to the window. So I parked and had to go inside which is hard for me to physically do. There was finally an employee, Jon 023678, who I told him I had been sitting at the window for quite some time. He apologized. He was the 1 and only waiter working. There were approx 4 customers in the bld at that time. I paid and left. My observations while sitting in the car and being in the bld were that everything appeared dirty, greasy and not from just missing a cleaning or 2, but as if noone ever cleaned. I was amazed at how grungy and dark everything was, very unappetizing. The door I used was so nasty dirty and the weatherstripping was hanging off of it . And there was no buzzer/bell at the window at all, guess I could have sat there for hours. I won't recommend this restaurant nor will me or my family eat there again.

Pizza Hut complaint about their services

Regarding the mentioned above, I have had a dinner with my daught at 1840 at the mentioned venue. During that time, I had ordered a half pieces of roasted chicken as see invoice attached. Until 1800, I didn't seen chicken on our table, so I was tracing our order with one of waitress that asked me to be waiting in 10 minutes more. After that, I haven't still seen the chicken on our table. Subsequently, I was keeping track of order's progress with another waitress that asked me to be waiting in 6 minutes more. It's so pity to see the chicken on table after 6 minutes, so Mr Lam, the restaurant manager, explained with us about that due to ORDER MISSING originally. The roasted chicken cames to our tables at 1824 finally. I felt so unsatisfied with their services, in a irresponsabile manner. Is it a excuse to be waiting for it in 45 minutes more?

Pizza Hut service and cold food

My family and I visited your store on March 30, 2019 for dinner upon entering we were told to sit where we wanted waitedabout 20 mins before we were waited on. The server came to the table with no menus to take our drink order. we only got menus upon request placed order which was a med pizza and breadsticks that were cold and arrived the sametime as the pizza . There was no sliverware on the table when ask for sliverware we were given 3 forks unwrapped . There were other people in the resturant but not overly busy for a saturday evening around dinner time. Then i went to use the cheese shaker and found a object on the inside of the shaker with very little cheese. i gave the cheese shaker to server and he stated "that one of the customers must had did that " he laughted. I find that very unprofessional, then he yelled across the resturant that was coming over to a table . With this unprofessional conduct I will not visit this resturant again

Pizza Hut rmg

So I got hired 6 months ago. I was hired in as a shift lead deu to past pizza expriance. After the first week of very little training from my rgm i was put as closing manager. On my second week of work I was closing on my own with no extra manager in the store. Then very soon after a 100$ bill went missing out the safe over night. I was questioned about it, but I knew nothing of it. I later found out that the rgm had put one in the safe out of his own pocket to make the safe right. Then about a week later a pice of glass broke. It did not happen on the shift but was a huge mess the next morning. Again I am questioned over text and again I know nothing about it. For the next few weeks my boss starts leaving work earlier and earlier. Till about a month ago when he starts to come in clearly not in a right state of mind. Even after being told he was getting a promotion. He was sent home at least 3 times leaving the store in a state of termoil. Then he talked to the boss above him and got vacation time for a week, after a month of not doing his job, then comes back to the store. While he hadn't been there doing his job the month before his vacation we had no money issues is the store, but magically as soon as he returned the safe was short 120$. Our store has no camaras because npc is to concerned about being liable for robbery that they would rather let there employees be completely unprotected as the person that they have running there store can do anything and blame it on anyone. The other managers are also upset with this but little to nothing has been done. Npc needs to change.

Pizza Hut customer service in the store

I ordered a (Carryout) Veggie Lover's Large Pizza from Pizza's Hut's app on March 20, 2019 around 6:15pm. The app said the Pizza would be ready in approximately 20 minutes . We left the house about 6:35pm heading to pick up our pizza. When we got there, which takes about 5 minutes, there was 4 people in line ahead of us, all complaining about what was taking so long. I waited about 10 minutes for the cashier finally told me that our pizza would be ready in 10 minutes. The time is now 6:50pm. We went back to the car to wait. At about 7:10pm, we go back into the store and the pizza still is not ready. Finally about 7:25pm we get our pizza. Take it home and the pizza is not right. When you pick up a slice, it would fall apart and the crust was not done. This is not the first time this has happen. It had happen a couple of weeks before this incident. It seems lately there is something always going wrong. Where is the manager? He is never there when we ask to speak to him.

I would like a refund or a credit for a new large Veggie Lover's pizza please.

Pizza Hut horrible service, didn't get full order. hut... hut... fumble!

Hut... Hut... Fumble! That's Right... Your catchy Hut... Hut... Hike for the super bowl wasn't so catchy after I decided to chose Pizza Hut for Place to serve my friends and family for the super bowl. You guys put the Ball In Riley's hands that night and he fumbled the ball. He didn't show up to work like the Ram's didn't show up for the superbowl. I have years in retail management and customer service experience. Let me tell you this... Riley is the type of kid you would want working for your competition like Domino's pizza! He's better off being promoted to customer and that's putting it in a friendly way.
I know it's taken me a couple months to write you guys. But I honestly was so upset and how do I word this? Pissed off! That it's best I gathered myself a bit before contacting you. You see the old rule of thumb was a upset customer would go tell 7 to 11 people about their bad experience. Well now days with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, ect. Truth fully that same upset customer has now told more like 7, 011 people about his bad experience. So let me tell you about my bad experience.
So on the night of super bowl 53 I thought I'd take the Hut... Hut... Hike experience and order one of my favorites, a large stuffed crust pizza and a Huge Order of Hot wings along with another medium pizza to serve my few friends as well as family for the superbowl. When I placed the order I specifically asked for Ranch for my Hot wings and Bone in. Now when I called the phone rang and said someone would be on the line shortly, ect. When the guy picked up he had a middle eastern accent. Kinda like he was from India or something. I assumed he was from a call center. But no big deal... He was a little hard to understand but did a good job and was friendly. But I could tell he more than likely wasn't from the Saratoga Spring store in Utah. Well When my pizza arrived it was a little on cold side, But I'm hungry and not picky. Well when it got to opening up the wings I come to realize there isn't any Ranch dipping sauce. And of course I had no ranch in the fridge. So I called the store directly and talked to Riley. I told him I'm missing Ranch and I need some ranch ASAP my Cold food that was delivered is getting colder... He said he get some down to me. Well 33 minutes passes... Still no ranch! Now my Gym is in same parking lot and my old store is across the street. So I know it only takes 14 minutes to get to my house roughly. That's more then double the time i've been waiting. So I called again and Riley answers. I said "Riley It's Ron again... Where is my Ranch? It's been over 30 minutes?" Riley proceeds to tell me That I didn't order Ranch when I placed my order. I told him How do you know that Riley? Did you personally take my order? Are you calling me a liar? Because I know what I ordered thank you and what does that matter at this point after you told me over 30 minutes ago that you would get me some coming? Needless to say Riley continued to argue with me. I got heated and told him [censored] Riley I want my Ranch and I want it now and don't make me come down there. He said you keep swearing I am going to hang up on you. I said Riley Listen I want my Damn Ranch and I wanted it 30 minutes ago. Well Riley hung up!
That all being said... We all can blame Riley here. But I blame Poor Management and Training. If Riley is a manger then I Blame the Manager who Promoted him. At the end of the day we can all point the finger here. But It's Pizza Hut that's on the out side of the building and it's Pizza Hut that's stamped on the box. I always say Hire Tough, Manage Easy! Word of advise for your team. But needless to say From superbowl LIII on I will no longer be buying Pizza from Pizza Hut nor will I allow any of my family to buy from you either. Sucks, because I'm a sucker for your stuffed crusted pizza. But that's honestly a small price to pay for Riley Fumbling the ball on SuperBowl LIII and turning the ball over to Papa John's or Domino's. Better hiring and management Next time!

Pizza Hut food

I spoke with a lady by the name AMBER PAUL who said she was the general manager for pizza hut on Church Street in Burlington NC Store number 031220. I order 5 garlic parmesan wings, 12 lemon pepper wings, 6 lemon pepper rub wings, the order of cheesy breadsticks, and meat lovers calzone. My order was at 1035pm, tracking stated it left the store at 11:15 pm but did not arrive at me until 12 midnight. Everything was hard and cold. No sauce for the wings and no marinara sauce in the Calzone. Ms. Paul stated, "that no sauce comes in the calzone and I should have kept my food for 3 days to return to her for a refund". I have never heard of such nonsense. Upon me asking for the corporate office number she implies "she does not know the number" I am appalled with the way Pizza Hut does business. She was very rude and unprofessional. She even hung the phone up. I call the customer service number spoke with Jewel she stated, "you could have not spoken to the GM".I asked Jewel for the last name she stated, "she could not give it to me or the corporate number it was against policy" I found the number online however it was close. I was told three days prior a check would be sent to the store and I would be able to pick it up. Who spends $60.00 for cold and hard food. Amber even ask me if I had saved the food. Who save food for 3 days. I will continue to call corporate at 502-874-8300. I am also filing a complaint with the BBB.

I ordered it online for set a 40 minute wait I called to verify it at the store it was like they told me 80 minutes it took him 85 minutes to get to my house then it was cold tasted pretty nasty and everyone that ate it has the runs I would like a full refund on the pizza. Pizza Hut customer service, incompetence, poor management

This concerns Pizza Hut at 1515 S. Main St, in Atmore, AL. On Wednesday, March 20, 2019, at approximately 4:56 PM, I phoned in a carry-out order to this Pizza Hut and was told that the order would be ready for pick up in approximately 20 minutes. I arrived at the store at approximately 5:15 pm (19 minutes from time of phone order). Paid for my order, and then the young lady (Jenna) at the front went looking for my pizza order. She couldn't find my pizza and apparently assumed that it was still cooking and told me as much. Another ten minutes, and I had to ask the young lady at the front to check on my pizza. She still couldn't find it, talked to the manager, I saw them checking the computer screed and she told me it would be another 15 minutes. At that time, I told her that I didn't want to wait and wanted a refund. She told the manager, and he said that pizza would be ready in one minute (I assumed that they had found it). I agreed to wait another minute. Ten minutes later, still no pizza. I again asked for a refund. Jenna informed the manager. Manager was indifferent and didn't seem to much care about customer service and just whined about having 3 new people in the back. It took him several minutes to get my refund and I overheard him tell someone in the back not to put those two pizzas in the oven (not sure if they were mine). While this was going on, two other customers came in to be informed that their pizzas were not ready and they cancelled their orders. Also, the phone was ringing constantly and no one was answering the calls.
If the manager had just shown a little concern and talked to me and honestly explained to me what was going on, I may have still asked for a refund, but I would have remained a customer of that Pizza Hut. As it is, they will never have to be bothered with me again. Having said all of that, I have been a regular customer of Pizza Huts all over the US, and have never had this kind of service problems.in fact, I drove all the way to Cantonment, FL to get a pizza that same evening and got excellent customer service. The manager at this Atmore Pizza Hut is incompetent, has no customer service skills, and should be banned from customer service positions OR undergo extensive further training. I suspect that the reason that he had a crew of all new workers was because he is such a lousy manager and has high employee turnover.

Pizza Hut 12 inch hair in my pizza

I ordered online for my birthday. When I got the pizza home and started to eat it there was at least a 12 inch hair in my pizza. Obviously they do not wear hair nets. So much for enjoying my birthday pizza. I hope you can understand why I am upset about it and will make a respectable decision on what to do about this problem to make your customers happy and employees also.

Pizza Hut received pizza after 2 hours

I placed an online order and got an email confirmation at 2.48 and the fee was drwan right away. I didnt receive the order till 3.51 so I called the hotline they found no orders under my mobile number however they dound the order searching with its number that ive got in the mail. They told me they will ask the branch to follow up with me since its showing in store in their system although tracking from my side is showong order on way. However no one called me from branch till 4.06 so I called hotline again which said the same. At 4.30 my kids left for their sports practice without having lunch which makes me really really upset. If I was told from the beg. That I wont be receiving my order I would ve prepared anything for my girls. At 4.38 I called the hotline asking to cancel the order as its no more needed and putting money back. 4.41 I received an email asking for a diff. Phone number. After 2 hrs?! And btw I didnt recieve my money yet till now. So withdrawing in a second while redeeming takes hrs although its your fault!

Pizza Hut gran hut was hard, tasteless and looked reheated.

Quality control,

This morning (Sunday March 17th, 2019) my family and I went to Pizza Hut located at Plaza Caracol Km 2.5, Versalles, 48310 in Puerto Vallarta and ordered (Customer name David Arjona) a cheese and pepperroni Gran Hut to go because we wanted to eat with our relatives. I got on the car with my kids and my husband waited for the pizza, got it and didn´t open it until we got home.

Once we got home he opened it and I was dissappointed, it was not what we had paid for, the pizza looked reheated, had no sauce, was hard to chew and tasteless.

We didn´t go back with the pizza because my husband didn´t want me to make a scene, he said that I should just let it go, but no! I want a refund of my money.

Pizza Hut customer service

Called in to order two pizzas and a cheese stick. The guy was rude on the phone anyways told me itd be 20 minutes. Came to pick up my order and he told me I sounded like a little kid so he didnt make my order. He thought I was prank calling him.. Really rude and inconvient didnt offer a discount or free anything we left empty handed. We wont be back

Pizza Hut order placed, didn't tell me they were out of an item but still charged me

So on March 1 2019 I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and an ultimate cheesy crust pizza. They were out of the latter so they just sent two stuffed crust pizzas instead. So I called that night and was told I could either get a refund or $30 credit if I called the next day. The guy assured me he would be there because I was obviously skeptical. The next day I called and whoever answered called me a liar and said he was there the day before and he gave no credits out. I don't appreciate people screwing me over on an order and then calling me a liar. This pizza hut is always like this. I should learn my lesson. Get the thugs out of the kitchen. I paid extra for a pizza I didn't get and the guy tried to say they were the same price but I know they weren't because I made the 7.99 2 topping pizza deal a stuffed crust for $2 more. And the other was $12.99. I don't appreciate getting shafted.

Pizza Hut customer service

There was an error on our online order which was not apparent to us until we saw the email confirmation. Called within 20 minutes of order. Placed on order over 10 min, then hung up on us. Called again, on hold for 6 minutes, hung up on us again. Called a third time and stephanie rudely answered the phone seemingly bothered by a call. I explained the situation and she told me the driver was already here. The estimated time of delivery was 40-50 min so it couldn't be possible. She placed me on hold again and then hung up. I called again and asked her for eta. She advised she was going to recharge my credit card. I told her, "I do. It authorize you, stephanie, to charge my card. I want to know when the driver will be here and I will return the pizza that is not correctly made." she hung up on me again. I called again and someone picked up and hung up the phone
