Pizza Hut review: Unethical behavior

Was traveling in Grenada, MS and staying at a hotel. I placed a carry out order with the local Pizza Hut online and paid for it, including a tip. The app said order under be ready in 30-40 min. The store was closed, locked and no one was there to give an explanation. No sign on door. It's been several days and we've not been issued a refund. No explanation. See receipt from online order attached. We had to order from Dominos and wait there while they made our Pizza.

Desired outcome: Total refund.
