Pizza Hut review: The wait time and the customer service

Hello, I called in my order. they told me the wait time which was between 15-20 minutes. I made it to location but stayed in my car until about 5 minutes after the time that was given. I waited in line and when it was my turn paid for my order. I was told then it would be a few more minutes. So I moved all the way out of the way to wait. I watched people come in pay and pick up. after 21 minutes of waiting, she tells me to go wait outside. Huh? What about my food? I guess I wasn't as important. Finally a man that was driving that had left one time while I was waiting, came back and was getting ready to leave again said, "she has been waiting a long time." He opened the door and he asked me my name and found my pizza and hot wings in the warmer box. Needless to say it was barly warm. I think I was so heartbroken because I watched how they handled and served and let others wait, but asked me to stand out side in the cold because she said and I quote, "I have to let other customers in." why did I wait so long to tell you about this? Because I was mad and hurt and I didn't want my anger to color my words.
