Pizza Hut review: The management

Good day! I would like to complain my RJM on SM Bacolod Pizzahut. Ms. Karla Yulo, They cut our time and even our salary. We sign a contract that our minimum time will be 8hrs per day but they make 4hrs and they even cut our salary. Even, our tip they didn't give us. The previous team members complain on how they treated, there's time that the customer didn't pay their bills in short they run. Only the team members will pay the bills, how about the manager who didn't pay attention to the customer's, isn't fair to us who work hard. Sometimes they blame us because we didn't do our job properly seriously?! imagine, if we manage our time duty 8hrs per day we can make 7, 425 pesos every 15th days but instead we received only 2,000 pesos plus. Isn't it fair? We only do our job why didn't they do their job also. She also want us to clean the store for free. Like when we opened the store at 8am I'll clean first and I'll wait until the open mall hour exactly at 10am then I can time in. She doesn't want us to time in at 8am, it's unfair. She always do that since then. They doesn't deserve their position. The management should do about this. even the agency didn't know about this, cause everytime we tried to complain about their doing they embarrassed us and maked issue to sue us.
