Pizza Hut review: Placing order for food, unprofessional customer service

Well, I have been patiently trying to understand this kind of people in this culture, but this is it. Today, was the last straw that broke the camel's back when I ordered some barbecue bone end wings on the telephone. When I arrived at the store to pay and pick them up, the wings were not ordered. The Manager Sam said to me, Oh, it is a glitch in the computer. So I decided to go back to the car and place the order again, a little girl answered trying to take my order, but because I am trying to explain to her what I expect from her pertaining to my order, which they did not place from the beginning she got frustrated with me and hung the phone up on me. I went back into the store upset because the little girl hung up on me very upset trying to explain to the manager Sam what had transpired and he states to me that he can not service me and to leave the store. So by that time I am at a 10 because I see that they are reacting as if they have never been trained in professional customer service when they are the ones at fought for not placing my order. I have had previous bad experiences before and just overlooked the competency level which we are dealing with in this environment. Another customer came up to me and stated he has had a bad experience with his order in past and suggest filing a complaint. So I am filing a complaint on behalf of all the customers who place orders at the Pizza Hut 6047 185th Ave, Beaverton, Oregon. I am suggesting for all managers and employees to be fired.

Desired outcome: I am a professional consultant, new to the area. I willing to provide professional training seminars and workshops.
