Pizza Hut review: Pizza have been cold, even delivery driver not wearing a face mask.

I order a pizza with wings and bread sticks. When the delivery drive have arrived, he was not wearing a face mask. The food was cold, I call them back and talk to the manager, about this issue. She has to manage said we can give you a remake or $18.00. I call back talk with the manager said I didn't get a receipt, it is 11: pm NV and have not got my receipt.

Desired outcome: Poor service, delivery driver not wearing an face mack.
