Pizza Hutnot receiving order

I placed an order online. The store was out of the stuffed crust and they canceled my order with out notification by phone or email. I called the customer help and was put on hold for 8 minuets and was hung up on while I was placed on hold for the rep to check on the status of the order. I called help customer help back and was finally told the store had canceled my order. I will not be ordering from any of your stores again as I find this to be unacceptable way to handle customers ordering and the customer care.
