Pizza Hut cheating by pizza hut

I had ordered for an pizza through phone from pizza hut india (Kothrud, pune outlet).

My complaint is:
1. The pizza was not delivered in the promised time of 30 minutes, it came after 1 hour.
2. Later when I checked the order, one portion of cheese garlic bread was missing.
I informed the call center about the incomplete delivery (1st time) and they assured me that the same will be delivered in another 10 minutes. I called back (2nd time) after 30 minutes, the call center said that they will take another 10 minutes for the delivery of the missing order. After another 30 minutes I called (3rd time) the call center to complaint that I have yet to receive the order and asked to speak to a supervisor but instead of getting me through to an supervisor the executive said that I will get the missing order in another 10 minutes. Now its 11:20pm and nobody is taking calls at the call center and I am yet to receive the missing order.
I am feeling totally cheating as I have paid rs.95 + taxes for the cheese garlic bread which I never received. I never expected such kind of un-professional behavior from pizza hut, in fact its cheating. Pizza hut has charged me rs.95 + taxes for an item which was not delivered.
I am very much let down by this instance and I will not like to ever order again from pizza hut, in fact I would caution all about this instance.

Bought a pizza on 15th August 2014 online in Pune, India, transaction id MHDF3451759492, however did not get the order confirmation, but the money got deducted through my bank account. I checked with my bank and they confimred that the payment have been made to pizza hut and i need to speak with them. Since then i have called Pizza hut several times, every time they say i will get the money and they will come back to me with details. Last time i called and spoke to a manager Shrikant on 4th Oct 2014, he too said that i will get my money and he will call back with the details. But its been 50 days now and have not got any communication from Pizza Hut.
I believe pizza hut does not intend to return the money.

I Ordered Pizza from Pizza Hut online on 15th Aug 2014 and also made the payment online (Transaction ID : MHDF3451759492). After the online transaction, the money got deducted from the bank account, however the
pizza hut website did not give me the order confirmation. I checked with my bank and they said that they have updated the transaction from their and i need to check with Pizza Hut for refund. I called up pizza hut and they assured me that i will get the refund in few days. It's been 50 days now and still no sign of refund, every time i call pizza hut i get assurance but they never give me a complaint number, so their is no tracking of my complaint and no liability at their end. So far 50 days have passed, i have got no communication from pizza hut about the status of the refund. It's straight forward cheating. I am getting an feeling that they are in no mood of refunding the money.

This is regarding a pizza ordered for Home Delivery (complete order details mentioned at the end of mail).

As you can see in the picture, (pic attached), only 4 main chunks of CHICKEN are seen in the whole pizza and 2 small ones.

#. Do you think the quantity of Chicken on the pizza is good enough to create the flavor of the pizza ordered?
#. Are these Chunks worth enough to pay such a huge amount of total, specially where these chunks doesnt cost more than approx 10 rupees only?
#. The pictures shown on your menu, e-menu and your website shows pizzas full of toppings and/or chicken toppings, whereas, the original pizza or the actual delivery seems to be totally different than the ones shown.

You are cheating and duping your customers by delivering a product not even worth of 1/4th of the total value paid by them. What do you think you can fool around with your customers like this? Are these the right quality standards followed by such a big company?

I need a proper explanation and a compensation for this filthy plain pizza served. Expecting a proper feedback regarding the same.

Pizza Hut chargeing you for 20p donation on your bill

I had a meal in the Pizza Hut in lakeside retail park and when I went to pay my bill I notice that I had made a 20p donation for a cup of rice. Although I do not mind giving a donation that is not the point I was not asked and when I asked the manager she said that they have to put it on the bill it has come from head office, she said that itdoes state this will happen on the tables but for one thing I did not see it and the menues and all other paper work was removed from the tables when I ordered and then the bill was give me before I got my meal. I think this is out of order I should make the disition to give a donation not just added to my bill. also this is a practise in all Pizza Huts.

I went to Pizza Hut and found the same thing, except there was a cardboard thing on the desk like how the menus are explaining the 20p donation thing and that we can opt out, and we were asked if we wanted to opt out when we were given our bill. Personally, I find it disgusting that people are complaining about this, even if they weren't told. Unless you're at the level of poverty where your source of water are the dirty puddles outside, you surely can't complain of a mere 20p to feed the starving (and I doubt you're at that level of poverty if you're willing to pay around £10 or more at Pizza Hut).

There are cheaper ways to feed yourself but you're happy to chow down on expensive food because you have the cash to spare. 20p out of said persons pocket to feed a kid the simplest of meals (a cup of rice, it's not like you're paying for them to have a pizza party) is absolutely nothing. If anything, the problem is that I couldn't donate more to the charity (I asked if I could donate more, but as it's automated by the billing system, they couldn't let me pay more than 20p). I can see what you mean about the principle of not being asked, but this pales in comparison to the principle of someone spending all their excessive money on luxuries then complaining as soon as an unnoticeable amount is taken to feed a child.

Ever treated yourself to something from Poundland? 5 kids meals right there. You spend money so flippantly on your food but claim 20p for a starving child is suddenly theft. I feel a little bit sick hearing such complaints, I literally do.

We went to Pizza Hut in Chatham today. We had the same thing on our bill.like u I don't mind giving money to charity at all but sorely dislike not being asked first. BIGmistake if you ask me, even the staff are embarrased by it. I refused to pay it due to pure principle!

Pizza Hut 2 hour delay on order

I submitted a delivery order online to our local Pizza Hut. After an hour, I called to verify they'd received my order. The lady on the line told me they did and I'd have it within 10 minutes. I was very polite and said thank you. After 45 minutes I drove to the Pizza Hut and let them know I was on my way to pick it up, they were two hours late and I expected some sort of discount. I was not given one and my pizza and wings were cold. Why didn't they let me know when I called the first time they were behind? I would've gladly picked it up! This business used to be wonderful, they've given Pizza Hut the worst reputation a restaurant in our community could have!

I found out why they were late, I gave them the wrong address. But still I should get a discount for them being late since the food was cold. What kind of customer service is this?

Pizza Hut lambat dan tiada ganti rugi

Bertarikh 28 September 2012, lepas habis waktu pejabat(5ptg) aku membawa anak aku yang berusia genap 5 bulan dan isteri untuk pergi makan di Pizza hut yang terletak di pasaraya Choice Supermall di Semaring, Kuching. sampai kat restoran tu lebih kurang pukul 6 petang dan terus order piza super supreme(chessy lava), nasi dan spagetti..15 minit lepas oder, sampaila nasi dan spageti..Malangnya dah habis makan nasi dan spageti, piza yang di order tak sampai-sampai lagi..aku pun tanya petugas tu..dia boleh cakap, piza tak buat lagi dan baru nak buat..takpe aku sabar lagi walaupun anak dah merengek..aku pun amik keputusan bawa anak dan isteri jalan-jalan kat pasaraya sambil menunggu piza..lepas habis jalan-jalan, aku pergi semula ke restoran pizza hut tu dengan harapan dah siap la..tetapi jawapan yang diterima amat mengecewakan..pizza tak siap lagi..katanya dah masak tapi tak tahu ada kat mana..aik..panas betul rasanya..tengok jam dah pukul 7.30..aku cakap aku nak balik untuk solat maghrib dan anak pun dh merengek-rengek(isyak masuk pukul 7.45pm)..pastu aku suruh petugas tu hantar kat umah aku..aku balik umah dan sampai pkul 7.40pm(umah ngan pasaraya dekat tapi opis aku mmg jauh)..sampai sekarang ni (pukul 8.21pm) masih tiada ganti rugi...dah la lambat, xde ganti rugi pulak tu..argh..geram tul rasa..panas hati aku..

Pizza Hut employment

I hate to post this about a company I worked for 7 years openly but i cant seem to find an official website for the store to take my complaint so here it is. I first began working for Easley pizza hut in December 2005. in December 2006 i went on maternity leave and came back 2-3 weeks later for my new manager at the time to tell me she had replaced my management position and given it to her daughter and that i would have to transfer to another store. Upon complaining of the unfairness to my district manager at the time, it was allowed for her daughter to keep my job and me to transfer. So i went on to the Powdersville location and worked there until January 2009, when i was 8 months pregnant and in a serious car wreck. I was immediately put out of work for a week. After that week i had another check up in which my doctor told me she didn't think i was healed enough to go back yet and i should take 1 more week off. In the meantime i was working on getting my rental car. Upon giving the news of needing an extra week due to the severity of the wreck and being pregnant, my boss at the time literally cussed me out and hung up on me. Again, this treatment was accepted, so bc of the level of stress i was under, i quit my job at that location. After i had my child i went back to the Easley location to seek employment once again, as i had been with that company so long i really enjoyed working there, just not the mistreatment. Also there was a new manager at the Easley store. So i trained for the new Wingstreet that was coming to the new building in Easley. After moving to the new location I thought I had it made, as my manager( John Poland ) was very fair and ran a smooth business for both the customers and the employees. Upon his leaving the assistant manager was promoted. By the end of her time she was coming to work so high on pills that she couldn't hardly stand some days. Then the next manager was sexist and even yelled at me for "cooking too fast". He got angry because he was stuck at the cut table one night when i was cooking and told me not to kill him during the rush, that we would just tell the customers it would be 10 minutes longer than the time we were quoting them so he could "take it easy". Ridiculous! I was always taught to make the customer happy that there food got to them fast, not slow for the manager so he could have a break. He was extremely rude to the customers and would argue back with them. That's when we lost all the business that we had when we first opened the store. Between him and the current manager(mike sullens), it was ok to hire a female as long as she looked good, who cared how rude they were. Since I have been there I also know that the waitresses have been told by every manager that they have to claim a certain amount on tips, whether they make that amount or not to benefit the company. They are threatened to be fired if they put down a smaller amount. Also, this is the only company that either expects you to work off the clock to save labor or expects a waitress to cook for waitress pay. The current manager has forgotten a tables wings before and yelled at the waitress for not coming back and dropping them. What? I was told that in the case that we got busy i could, instead of calling him, let my waitress, who was the only other person there, cook. So when that time did come and I changed the employees pay to cook for the time that she was in the kitchen, I got wrote up. I only tried to be fair. I was also told not to help other employees bc my job was to stand back and watch, yet i get in trouble if the employee has to stay late and it messes up labor. I could never do anything right bc my employees loved me and not my boss. I was crap. I was told I could have some days off if I requested them and then someone else would be given those days. So since i had already made the plans I was forced to cover it anyways. Then i got a second job and put in an oral 2 weeks notice at a managers meeting, which conveniently he did not remember. Other employees did but I stayed a while longer for him and told him I would have to leave before college started. I would give him my schedule at my other job 2 weeks in advance. He would then schedule me on days i could not work at the last minute and then make me cover it. Every day at the end I had several employees ask me if rumors my boss told them about me were true or not. Finally the last straw was after I had put in a second 2 weeks notice, he told my crew that I had come to the store yelling at him and cussing at him and he needed advice on what to do. This also came from a fellow manager, so I am sure it was said. Ironically no one seemed to be working the day all this supposedly happened. He also moved my management name plate from the top all the way to the bottom. Even though he had other managers that worked one day a week, and one of them put in a notice in between my 2. I gave him all opportunities I could. I tried to talk to him face to face only for him to tell everyone else i was whining. He even went as far as to hire my brother, yell at him, make him quit, and then tell me that I needed to fix it or it would look bad on me. I also had many female employees tell me how uncomfortable he made them feel and the hints he would drop to them, the alcohol he bought them, and i also got in trouble for "running off" one of the cute ones because she got an attitude with me her first night and I told her that would not fly with me bc she needed to treat me with respect and if not, how would she show customers respect? I was also accused of stealing money when I brought to his attention that another young female was the one working on 2 of my shifts when the money came up short. Throughout the years I have been great on cash and then she comes along and I am not.. When bringing this to his attention he told me that he he didn't want to blame me but it is always the ones you least suspect...I should have left then. But she ended up quitting and the money ended up going back to normal. wow who would have guessed. As an employee of pizza hut I have always cared about my job and was planning on staying there until I graduated. But I just could no longer take the stress of so much unfairness going on. I hope someone else complains so you will know all the truth behind this. Others have discussed it but have been too scared of losing their jobs. But when I finish college and the right time comes, I am putting in this complaint to show I had reason for quitting, should have sued but didn't, and the only thing i expect from all this is a good job reference when I am one day asked what happened at the job I loved for 7 years.

Pizza Hut unkind delivery man

Today i was very busy and i order pizza. the worker said that it will take 30 minutes. however 1 hour passed and the driver was still not here. Soon [protected](delivery man) called me that he will arrive after a few minutes. so i went down to the security door and waited for 20minutes but the driver was still not there. so i went home back because i did not have time. i was very busy. after 10 minutes the delivery man called me to come down to get the pizza unkindly. but i did not time and got angry, so i asked him to deliver to my house. Then he hang up the phone and he is not coming until now. today i wasted my time and got stresses. Unless the worker doesn't apologize about his unkindness, i won't eat pizza from there anymore. Jalan Song, Pizza Hut in kuching, Malaysia. Give them a lesson so that they won't make this kind of rudeness to buyer anymore.

Pizza Hut very rude

I went to pizza hut sunway mall seberang jaya on the 26/7/2012 with my son at around 8.15 pm. It was not crowded with around 6 tables being occupied. We ordered 1 pizza, 1chicken chop and citrus orange juice
. The girl who took the order was having problem to key into the computer. She called I guy to help her and then one more guy by the name of afiq and he finally managed to key in. So total we waited for almost 30 minits b4 we got our food. After eating I requested to talk to the manager and was told that she has gone to the toilet and the guy afiq asked me for what I wanted to meet the manager. I told him that I got my food late and he gave me a number to contact later. After 30 minits I called and the guy afiq was so rude to me and he challenged me to fight but my son was with me and I told him that i'll go there the next day. As I was leaving I saw the manager at the stairway making love to with a boy. I was told she was gone to the toilet. Please check in ur cctv how long I was waiting to prove. But afiq called me a liar.

Pizza Hut the whole experience has made me question if I will ever order from pizza hut again

I placed an order online (2 medium 2 toppings, bread sticks and 2-liter drink) and everything seemed to go just fine until I received a message from “Michael” that my order was cancelled. It was very hard to understand him because he spoke so fast and he did not leave a call back #. I called the number back from the caller id and spoke with Megan. I had called the Pittsburgh customer service. Megan could not tell why my order was cancelled other than my card had been declined. She did not know why the card was declined. She then would allow me to order again and I would need to give her my card #.

At no time did Pizza Hut make me feel my card was secure or that I was really speaking to Pizza Hut. I tried to order again online but was not able. I called my local store, 11018 Old Saint Augustine Rd, Jacksonville, FL, 32257. The young man I spoke with was nice and courteous. He understand my problem, placed my order for me again and worked through the kinks that my first cancelled order had caused (that I was now out of the delivering area and my order had to be overruled by the manager).

My order was placed and was upgraded. I was given the total of $27.11. I didn’t realize this was now almost $7.00 than my order online($20.67). I called the store back. The person I spoke with explained that I could not change an online order. I then explained that it wasn’t an online order. I asked to speak with the manager. I was told she was too busy to speak with me. The person I was speaking with finally just discounted my order to $19.51. Although, I am grateful that my order was reduced to close to the correct total, I was made to feel like they were doing me a favor.

I didn’t need two large pizzas as we will not eat them all. I spent 40 minutes just trying to order dinner for my family that should have taken me no more than 10 minutes. I first thought the store was helpful but in the end they were just like Megan I spoke with in Pittsburgh, not willing to take the time to listen or answer my questions. I am depending on Pizza Hut to keep my credit card secure and in the end and I am not sure that they are. The whole experience has made me question if I will ever order from Pizza Hut again.

They did do you a favor. They gave you a discount based on your word since the manager was busy and could not verify.

Actually, the 1 good thing I will say about Pizza Hut, is that once the original card number is put in the computer (it is all in 1 system), it only will display the last 4 digits, with the rest being ***'s like on a regular credit card receipt. I know because I used to be a manager, and employees who would not wait the 5 to 10 seconds it "usually takes" to get a response if the card went through or not, caused me to get beat up for your exact type of problem. However, there is Very Little reason for a Credit Card being declined due to a "glitch", it Does happen, but mainly, if you give the phone person the correct card number, the correct exp. date, and CVV, then it should not be a problem. 99 out of 100 times a card put through the cc processing system that decline are because of either non sufficient funds, or some bank triggered mechanism on Your card, not the PH system. Of course, that is if there is no customer or employee mess up in the card number etc...

Pizza Hut no cheese powder and soft drink cannot be refill

I'm from kota kinabalu, sabah. Since long time ago, I went to the pizza hut at centre point for my meal, it is already no cheese powder provided. And yesterday I went there again and I requested for cheese powder, once again the staff told me that cheese powder is out of stock. Cheese is the major ingredient for baking a pizza. They told me ou of stock? And when I request for a refill for my drink. The staff told me need extra charge for rm2.50. Why last time I refill no need to pay but now need? And other branch free of charge for refilling?

Pizza Hut manager biadap

7 mac 2012 jam 1.41 pm k pizza hut terminal 1 seremban. dah lah tidak dilayan dgn baik, senyum sikit pun tidak. tidak boleh duduk ikut citarasa pelanggan walaupun 5 table je ada org. tapi tak tulis pula mana2 section close, bila duduk jauh dr kaunter, manager halau suruh duduk meja depan kaunter. bila dipertikai siap hempas menu atas meja dgn muka masam. apa jenis manager tu? so mkn di McD lg best, cepat n staff pun sgt berhemah walaupun ramai org. so jgn pergi pizza terminal 1 seremban nnt sakit hati n selera hilang.

Pizza Hut poor food quality and service

we went to pizza hut at bintang plaza miri last year in december to try out the new pizza, cheesy delight. when the pizza came, it looked totally different from what's on the menu, the cheese balls on the pizza are all mashed up together... when we try the "cheese balls" they taste sour, unless they are serving sour cheese, i dont think they should taste like that... the other pizza we ordered, hawaiian chicken, no chicken, we got ham shredded in small pieces instead, and the pizza looked uncooked, the flour base of the pizza looked white, not the golden brown colour it supposed to look, and the pineapples on the pizza are so few, we can actually count how many pieces are there...
and the garlic bread which came with the cheesy delight pizza were replaced with cheese sticks, reason the staff gave was there were no more garlic breads, and the strangest thing was that customers who came later than us were served garlic breads, and they were very friendly with the waitress, which only meant that the staffs at pizza hut can reserve all the good things for their friends, and other customers can eat dust...
actually food quality of pizza hut miri had dropped since few years ago, but we didnt know where to complaint, there was no use complaining to the manager, we just went there after a period of time hoping it would improve, but nothing had been done, last december's incident was the last straw, i'm never eating at pizza hut again unless some improvement is seen...

Pizza Hut store number 024920

I ordered pizza at 1 pm gauss when it received it? At 4:54 pm it was freezing cold. I called the manager and informed the manager in response I got was “did you get it? I am glad you got it” told him It is cold and too late to get it” and in response from the manager he told me I am already been charged and he can’t give me a credit I have to re order. Lucky I used my American Express. what a bad service and bad manager. I will never order anything form Pizza Hut and advise any one to do so especially from them one in West Covina California branch store #024920.

Pizza Hut poor quality of food

I am so disappointed about the Pizza Hut food quality. This is the most terrible pizza i had. Today, 18 February 2012 i went to PIzza Hut at Tesco Penang with my family to have our dinner. The restaurant was full of people, so i guessed we have to wait for quite a long time again.
1) When the pizza were served, they seem UNBAKED as the bread is WHITE in colour. So we asked the staff to get them bake a bit more longer as we are afraid of eating unbaked food. But she replied that the pizza is baked and said that they had baked it for 3 times but the colour didn't change at all.
2) And also the spaghetti served was so COLD, just like have already cooked for few hours ago. We can't even eat it. Then we ask the staff to make it hotter. They took 15 mins to make it hot, but what i've get is still the same!
3) We WAITED FOR 1 HOUR but the cheese baked rice we have ordered still haven't served. So we just went off and cancelled the order.
Overall, i guess the oven is having problem on its functioning. It cause all the food look and taste so TERRIBLE! and this is the first time i met such a bad experience in PIzza Hut, i need to voice out. I hope the manager can consider on this issues and take actions to solve the problem.

we arrived at pizza hut at 5:30 pm ordered at at 5:45 it was busy take out an inside we waited until 6:30 then we had to go get a waitress she then said it was forgotten an she would redo the order then at 7:00 pm my fiance went in search of our waitress she said twenty more minutes that was at 7:10pm we left it was awful service waitress wasnt friendly bad service thanks wanda purcell

Pizza Hut bad customer service - all of columbus, oh

I have ordered from multiple locations in East Columbus. The Macksway location by Eastland Mall closes earlier than the posted times. And don't make orders on time or forget parts of the order. Then tonight was the worst! I ordered from the Whitehall location online. Set it for a future pick up time of 11:45PM. I get there around 11:43PM and the lobby looks dim. So I pulled around to the drive through window, which was open. I have an extremely loud car, I waited for about 2 minutes, then pulled around to look at the times on the door. Said they closed at 10PM! I called the company (all of Columbus has one phone number) and they told me that they couldn't do anything to fix it, I told them they lost so good customers. Then When I arrive home (10 minutes later) I get a call from the Whitehall location (the manager) asking if I was still picking up the order. When I replied that I had already been to their location and had just got home because I didn't get any customer service, he asked how long ago that had been and when I told him about 10 minutes he said well we check the window about every minute, he then asked if I wanted to drive back and he would give it to me for 1/2 price. I told him I had just arrived home and that I wasn't interested. He asked me if I wanted the direct line for the next time, when I said I wasn't interested in dealing with Pizza Hut anymore he hung up on me!

Pizza Hut debit/credit card compromising

I have recently determined that Pizza Hut compromises peoples debit cards. I ordered from them two weeks ago and found the next day that my debit card was compromised. I went to my bank (which refuses to tell their clients which company compromised your card) and had them give me a new card. I ordered from Pizza Hut again which was the only time I used this brand new card and found that again my card was compromised. Obviously I will no longer be ordering from Pizza Hut again, I just think people need to know about this so they don't have to go through the trouble of getting a new debit card every time they order Pizza Hut. I do wonder if this is why they charge an extra dollar for debit payment on delivery? It's the same machine as a credit card payment which leads me to believe that their system would also compromise credit cards as well.

Pizza Hut 'independent contractor'

Hey,

My name is and I am 16 years old. Recently I started work as a pizza hut delivery boy. When I started, before my first day, the store manager did not mention how much I would be paid (I assumed minimum wage at nz$12.50/hour). It turns out that I have been employed as an 'independent contractor'. I am not sure whether you deal with complaints in new zealand or whether you have any idea what I am talking about but after two months working at pizza hut, I wanted to seek some help. As an 'independent contractor', I get paid nz$5.50 for every delivery that I do. I have not signed anything or entered into any 'contract' so this is purely a verbal agreement. A typical shift that I do would be from 5-10pm on any night of the week my boss calls me. On some nights it might be quite busy and I may get 8 or 9 deliverys in this time period, other nights it is very quiet and I may only get 1 or 2. Over the course of the two months since I started working, I have averaged out my paychecks against my hours spent working (Minus petrol costs, which I have to pay for myself), and it comes to below nz$4.50/hour, with the hourly rate for any one night never going above minimum wage. During the downtime at the store when I am not delivering, I am not allowed to leave the store, even though I am not being paid for that time. While at the store they also make me cut pizzas and pack fries as they are understaffed, I would accept this if I was being paid hourly as it would keep me busy and put my time to efficient use. But since I get paid per delivery, the work in store that they make me do, is purely free, and I believe it may be exploitation. I was wondering if it is illegal, or if there is anything I could do to complain and seek change.

Once you completed your job application form and you got successfully hired you should have received an employment contract or agreement which you would have had to sign confirming your employment. Some franchise owners seem to be ethically challenged.
As for verbal agreements I almost didn't get paid back my uniform deposit because I didn't sign a receipt for the uniform deposit. I had to complain to the restaurant brands pizza hut company rep to get my money back.
You could use Report it now to complain about not signing an employment contract because it is unethical behavior on the part of the pizza hut franchisee. But I would seek professional advice.

Hi Alex I too worked as a delivery driver too in the Northland area, I just quit last December I quit the job on advice from my brother I got paid the same amount as you did for delivery's . What I did do was to keep a log book of all the mileage I did do for the job (you can claim it from the ird) and also other expenses that I incurred while running my car e.g tax invoices for service at pitstop and firestone and the gps I bought for the job. I did this with a tax agent (NZ tax refunds)I got the franchise owner to email me all the payslips to show how much I got paid which I also emailed to Nz tax refunds once I had set up an account.

Another problem you could run into is you could be in breach of your driver license conditions if you drive home at 10pm at night if you are on a restricted license.
Once you have done all your paperwork you could apply for a part time job at mcdonalds.

Pizza Hut bad and missing food and horrible treatment from manager

We spend on average $35.00 per week at Pizza hut in Osawatomie Ks. I am always kind and polite and generous to the drivers. Tonight we ordered a large pizza and 30 hot wings. I asked the order taker to go a little easy on the sauce because there was WAY to much on on our last previous order-which i did NOT complain about. We got our pizza over an hour later, the pizza was room temp., with literally NO SAUCE on the pizza... there were 24, NOT 30, wings crammed into one box.I called immediately to complain but at that point just to have them at least give us the missing wings. I insisted on talking to the manager who was the rudest man I've ever dealt with as management. He was going to give us 10.00 credit and basically told us that we had enough to eat tonight and was insulting and nastyabout the compaints about the pizza. He said he was to busy to talk to me because they were having a party and the ovens were off so he wouldn't make any more pizza or wings to replace ours. He made me so mad I was near tears and hung up on him. I am a good customer and a nice person and didn't deserve how he treated me.
