Have have 2 pizza huts close to my home. I live in Columbia, SC. I tried to order from the Sumter Street location, but was told I had to order from the Forest Drive location. Mind you, both locations are about a mile away from my home. The Sumter Street location says they do not deliver to Mcduffie Avenue. It has nothing to do with distance. The Manager says Pizza Hut Corporate makes the decision as to whom they deliver to. I live on a street which has been redeveloped.. This street was part of a low income urban housing development. The housing development has been torn down and replaced with new homes and new people. I cannot seem to get the Area Pizza Hut manager to come out and see for themselves and re-assess the area. You see I originally complained back in the summer of 2020. Now the Pizza Hut on Forest Drive has permanently closed, so I am unable to get Pizza Hut delivered to my house. Question, are you refusing service and if so, based on what - safety concerns or skin color. Not only are you missing income but nice people as well.
I await your reply or maybe I need to go elsewhere to resolve this issue.
Thank you,
Mary Williams-Parker

Desired outcome: Want an apology. Add my location for delivery. Make up for the pizza not being delivered
Hi Mrs. williams-parker Unfortunately the Sumter Street location doesn't deliver to your area I work at that location, the reason we don't deliver to your is that area isn't in our mapping which is setup by the Corporate office we have the same issues with allen University and Benedict College
