To whom it may concern,
I am EXTREMELY upset, and will never support Pizza Hut due to the treatment of staff and poor service in Cheney, WA address 2660 First street.
I ordered food for my family, we were staying at the hotel directly across from this location, I placed my order at 9:53pm, and recieved an email stating delivery would be 28-38 minutes. I got a text message saying the delivery was on its way at 10:29, by 10:53 when my order had still not arrived and I called the store and spoke with April, and expressed that I had ordered food an hour ago, the food was to be delivered directly across the street to the Holiday Inn hotel. April cut me off mid sentence and put someone else on the phone who didn't identify who she was besides her name was Kylie, and I asked her who she was and why I was now talking to her, she then stated to me that she was the manager. I again started to explain the situation that my food was extremely late, and that I was upset by this. Her response was that I was wrong, that their delivery time was over an hour, that they were busy. The solution she provided to me was that she would refund me, and so I said okay, she the proceed to say her driver would not deliver my food. So I recieved my food, as I needed to feed my family after an 8 hour day driving, I hope this location will be provided an opportunity to be retrained.
