Pizza Hut review: Bad telephone customer service

On March 18, 2021 at 3:00 PM, my husband called to order a specialty pizza and asked for extra cheese.
He asked for extra cheese and politely mentioned that the last time we ordered, there was no extra cheese and asked if she could ensure that it was added. The lady on the phone proceeded to tell him, rudely "I am not worried about what happened last time."
Very rude and terrible customer service.
I called back to find out who was taking the orders and she proceeded to tell me she was the manager. If this is true, it is very sad.
If calls are recorded for quality assurance, this one definitely needs to be reviewed.

Desired outcome: Reprimand and training for the manager.
