Pizza hut used my visa on someone elses order, 5375 highway 90, mobile al. I order a personal pan pizza to go and gave my visa card to pay for my order. A few minutes later the manager appears with my card and some cash, and told me they made a mistake and charged someone else’s order on my account. I refused to sign the visa receipt and refused the cash refund. I asked her to cancel the order on my card. She yelled at me it could not be done and I would have to take the cash. I told her that with today’s technology it could be done. She preceded to argue with me and would not let me talk. I told her to give me my visa, and to cancel my order. I drove off with my card, no pizza and someone elses order charged to my account. How stupid to managers think we are as consumers. I have called pizza hut customer service over and over and I am told the district manager will call you…. But he never does.
my oder no. 5688526 was not delivered, dispatched providing the correct address, and contact details/address.
The delivery boy doesn't know the address and despite making several calls he did not answer.
I lost the trust in pizzhut

hello good night my complaint is because I lost a pizza with cheese in the bank and my pizza did not bring cheese and I want you either to return my money or give me another pizza like the one I ordered
You use to deliver to my home and now Pizza hut locations have changed I am right between both pizza huts. Both Pizza Huts should at least touch borders for coverage. My address is 17316 SE 288th St. Can you adjust your zones for complete coverage?
I have ordered pizza on 19 sep 2017 online on pizzahut.com.pk
They have accepted my order but not delivered.
Even i called 3 times on UAN number they said its on the way but not reached.
I also made complaint by email but no response.

My pizza wasn't made correctly the pizza sauce was burned on the curdt also!They said it would be fixed then I called to get the replacement pizza an Joseph said he couldn't do it when the night before he was putting a credit for it. The excuse I hot was there's as lol new employees. That's not my fault!
I ordered 2 pizzas at 8:17 pm and I called 10:22pm and they told me they cancelled my order because my number was invalid and their tone of voice was rude that’s bs and they said they didn’t have a way to contact me, either way it goes I had my email on there they could’ve emailed me! Never again will I order from Pizza Hut.
Euclid Ohio store manager is very rude and unprofessional deserves a zero in customer relations, I'm really surprised Pizza Hut has someone representing their brand name with skills of a total [censored] !
My pizza never arrived! I got an email confirmation but it never got here very dissapointed never going again. I had family over and we were supposed to eat pizza very embarrassing they went home without eating.

I'm 42 years old and ate pizza hut all the time growing up. Haven't eaten with you guys in song time. Your original rectangle pan pizza no longer exists. Your new pizza recipe is very distasteful. Bring back the old pizzas I grew up on please! I miss those pizza days.

Pizza did not have light sauce on it and it felt like it been sitting for a while when I asked for it a certain time. my dad got put in the hospital and we we're hungry not from lawton so it was recommended.
Todays thin and crispy medium sausage crust is too chewy. Its been my favorite for 40 years but this crust makes it bad. Plus now a medium is 899. A 3 dollar increase in a month. Disappointed
I got sick from eating the Pizza Hut wings from the mission Ks Pizza Hut location it made me very sick I end up going too the hospital too get a Iv put in me and this was the frist time I got sick from your wings and I'm not very Happy about it

Doesn't answer phone. Doesn't get dollow up email. Doesn't even answer email and doesn't have offline contact HORRIBLE BUSINESS. NEVER RECOMMEND.
The floor is filthy and bathroom was even worse so far the salad and water are good
My food is cold. I know people tend to get lost. The tracker said my food wad out for delivery at 435. I got it at 445. My food is cold.. fries are soggy. Would y like to eat cold food.. like i said i understand that people get lost
ordered online and had to wait 15 minutes even after arriving 5 minutes past time stated. Once home both pizza crust were 1/2 cooked, basically raw. Called to complain and was told manager would be with me in a moment. After 56 minutes on hold I hung up. Will never go again.

Was eating pizza when black cook blew nose loudly at register and tossed napkin in trash wiped nose on back of hand and went back continued touching food no gloves on. Never eat there again!
I ordered from this pizza place all the time and each team I order it takes them 2 hours and when I call they are very rude over the phone. I ask to speak to a manager and they just put me on hold. It doesn't make any sense on how the delivery system is. The customer service for the team members is terrible
I have ordered pizza and their delivery time took more than an hour. Which is not even a standard delivery time. They just catered customer complaints by just excuses and sorries.

Hi, I am regular customer of Pizza Hut .when received my order mushroom were missing and it's not their duty to inform customers that something was in both pizza. Atleast they must inform when they deliver the order or they should inform by phone. When call Pizza Hut they told that mushroom was finished .
Delivery driver on November 10th at 12:54 am said..."aren't you going to at least leave a tip since I came out here at almost one am?" No I wouldn't be leaving a tip and am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere. Dominos delivers in half the time and the food is actually hot!
Neither the online Pizza Hut website nor the Pizza Hut app are taking payments, I used to order pizza frequently, I don't plan to continue using pizza hut as much as I have.
I order online; my order number was 3171115175305001184008522. I set it up so that I could pick my food up at 7. I arrived to the Pizza Hut store at 7, i wasn't acknowledged guoing into the store. At 7:10 I was then ask if I had been helped. I was told part of my food wasn't ready. At 7:32 I was given my food one box warm the other cold!
Why do they wait untill the food gets to the house to ask about the credit card and what if someone is buying for the person...now i have to wait to get back the money on the card it seems like they domt know what they doing
I've been waiting at least 45 minutes for my delivery and it still hasn't come. This is definitely not the first time it has happened. This is probably the last time I will be ordering from this organization again.
