I went shopping today 18/5/2020 at around 17:30pm. The manager at the door was extremely rude and started screaming that both my partner and myself need to each take a trolley. They do not wipe the trolleys as cited by the store manager. He was extremely rude and the trolley we wiped down he gave another customer. We both went to see the store manager who was extremely rude and arrogant, insisting they wipe the trolleys, they have had the policy of - each couple needs to have a trolley from lockdown. I told him that we have been to the stores on many occasions and this is not the case. I even pointed out that he needs to check his cameras, and his staff in front of us was in a group chatting and not keeping the social distancing. the store manager is trying to implement rules about social distance but their staff is not adhering.
