Pick n Pay review: service

Today I went to PNP to get some rolls. When I got there it was rather busy. This young lady who is always smiling and very helpful was there. Too my horror her supervisor named Nozuku (had her name tag on her back for some odd reason) was just standing there packing rolls or whatever. She refused to acknowledge our presence. It was up to 6 of us standing there. This poor young lady was very diligent. Congrats to PNP for employing her. I am a regular there and she always serves my Portuguese rolls with a smile. The poor little thing nearly had a melt down the way she was sooo busy. I am not happy with the way this poor young lady was treated. But through it all she had a smile... A genuine one too. I thank her for such great service, it's such a breath of fresh air to see someone work so great under immense pressure.
