18Nov2020 - purchased 2 'one size fits all' face masks. Got home, saw it was too big for 8yr old.
19Nov2020 - requested an exchange & was rudely told by teller named, Nomfundo, she was doing me a favor as they don't exchange masks, customers wear them & return it. I replied I was not a liar!
T's&C's dont reflect this? + I bought 3x more kids masks.
