Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT]internet

I am still receiving a bill which has caused my service to be restricted and yet I have no internet or telephone service since June 28, 2018. A call has been made requesting for repair and still no one from PLDT has done anything about it. Why would I pay for something I have not used. The reference number is [protected]. for a technical report which was called in last June 28, 2018 because I have lost my service for no apparent reason. I also made an advance payment of Php3600 even before my service was installed because I was requested to do so through an email I have received. I have visited the PLDT office in fairview terraces last July 2nd hoping to get a resolution but to no avail and to date, I still don't have any internet or landline service. I am just emailing you from an internet shop and that is somewhat pathetic.
