PetSmart review: petsmart

I recently took my 6.5 pound yorkie to the Petsmart grooming in Lutherville Md. to get a haircut/grooming. I received a call from the Manager at this location stating that they were unable to complete the grooming because my yorkie kept licking the groomer and trying to lick the clippers. The reason I'm upset is because I paid 30.00 for a bath and a nail clipping, but no haircut. If you can't complete the task, then don't do anything at all. I was so upset that I just went to the grooming and paid the 30 dollars and didn't want to hear anything that they had to say. I mean if you can't handle a 6 pound yorkie, then you need to find another occupation. I never had a problem with my previous groomer ( shout out to Robins doggie design) and will be returning there next week . If you want to be dissapointed, then take your dog to Petsmart 57 W Aylesbury Rd.. On a scale of 1 to 5 you get a 0. Thanks for nothing!
