Excellent service, good range, fast delivery. Consistently.
We've been ordering supplies for our two cats for the last 3 years with consistently good service. Even through Covid lockdown, when products were scarce, we had good communications and options to swap with the most similar available product. Again, recently one of the wet food options we select was not in stock and Budget Pets sent an email to advise and recommended a similar product for substitution in our auto delivery.
We have stock items now on auto delivery. I get a text a week in advance with opportunity to edit the auto delivery. It's so easy to adjust the auto order, add to it one off items, skip an order or change the delivery date or frequency. Took a while, vut we've settled into an easy, regular ordering with minimum adjustments. Additional orders always arrive within a few days.
With free delivery for $49 and over, it's an easy, convenient and cost effective option. Aside from a bit of fresh roo mince from Aldi, we get everything on auto-delivery for our cats, and plan to keep it that way. Generally, the prices are very competitive with other suppliers.
Recommendation: It's worth setting up the auto deliveries for the regular items, and tweeking it until you find a reliable pattern. The text option of a reminder to advise when an auto delivery is due has been great. Makes it easy to manage with no surprises.
