We've been ordering supplies for our two cats for the last 3 years with consistently good service. Even through Covid lockdown, when products were scarce, we had good communications and options to swap with the most similar available product. Again, recently one of the wet food options we select was not in stock and Budget Pets sent an email to advise and recommended a similar product for substitution in our auto delivery.

We have stock items now on auto delivery. I get a text a week in advance with opportunity to edit the auto delivery. It's so easy to adjust the auto order, add to it one off items, skip an order or change the delivery date or frequency. Took a while, vut we've settled into an easy, regular ordering with minimum adjustments. Additional orders always arrive within a few days.

With free delivery for $49 and over, it's an easy, convenient and cost effective option. Aside from a bit of fresh roo mince from Aldi, we get everything on auto-delivery for our cats, and plan to keep it that way. Generally, the prices are very competitive with other suppliers.

I ordered Revolution from Budget Pet Products, but they sent me Stronghold instead. They claimed it was the same thing, but I want what I actually ordered and paid for. I won't be buying from them again.

I gotta say, I've never had any problems with this company. They always hook me up with cheap prices, speedy delivery, and a wide selection of pet stuff. No doubt, I'll be buying from them again.

Had a real good time orderin' from Budget Pet Products. I ordered me 15 kg of Blackhawk dry cat food for 'bout $90 and they even threw in free delivery. It came real quick, in just a couple of days. The price was real good, saved me the hassle of haulin' it from the stores to my car and all. Definitely gonna buy from 'em again.

I gotta say, I've tried a bunch of those online pet stores, but Budget Pet Products takes the cake. They're the bomb diggity, I tell ya. They're based on the GC (that's the Gold Coast, for all you non-Aussies out there), and since I'm in Brisbane, I can avoid all them pesky Melbourne Covid delays by ordering from them. It's a win-win, mate.

Now, let me tell ya, their customer service is top-notch. You shoot 'em an email, and they'll get back to ya faster than a kangaroo hoppin' down the street. They're super responsive and always ready to lend a hand. Can't ask for much more than that, ya know?

The only downside, in my humble opinion, is that they use Aramex for their deliveries. Not a big fan of those guys, but hey, it ain't Budget Pet Products' fault. They're just tryin' to get your goodies to ya as quick as possible.

All in all, if you're lookin' for a reliable online pet store that won't leave ya hangin', Budget Pet Products is the way to go. They've got all the pet essentials ya need, and they'll make sure you're a happy camper. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

Total disgrace. I gotta say, Budget Pet Products really dropped the ball on this one. I mean, seriously, they couldn't even tell me when my order would arrive. And don't even get me started on the tracking number situation. It's like they're playing hide and seek with it or something. And guess what? No refund for me either. Can you believe it? They just left me hanging, unable to answer my calls. I had to resort to live chat and email, but even then, they couldn't resolve my issue. It's always the courier's fault, according to their reviews. You'd think they'd switch things up and find a better courier to live up to their advertised service. But no, they just keep blaming the poor couriers. Come on, Budget Pet Products, step up your game!

I shelled out 60 bucks for some dry food on the 6th of December 2022, and guess what? I'm still twiddling my thumbs, waiting for my order a whopping two months later. Can you believe it? These guys have the audacity to accuse me of fibbing when I demand some proof because, get this, I never even signed for the darn thing like they claim. Now, they're trying to force me to accept their offer just so I can claim insurance. What a load of rubbish, I tell ya!

All I want is my order, or better yet, a refund. And guess what? I'm legally entitled to it under consumer law! But oh no, not according to their shady fine print and sneaky clauses. If these folks actually do the right thing and sort this mess out, then maybe, just maybe, I'll consider amending my review. But until then, they better get their act together!

I made an order for some dry dog food on the 1st of September, thinking it would be dispatched in 1-2 days. But guess what? It's the 6th of September and I still haven't received my order. Frustrated, I decided to reach out to the company through their online chat feature, since they weren't taking calls because of this whole covid situation. Can you believe it took a whole 15 minutes for someone to finally join the chat? Anyway, when they finally did, they told me that my order was still chillin' in the warehouse. Seriously? So they contacted the warehouse and apparently, they filled my order, but now I have to wait another 2-8 days for it to arrive. If I had known it would take this freakin' long, I would've gone somewhere else to get my dog food. This was my first time using this company, and let me tell you, it's gonna be my last. I ain't dealing with this nonsense again.

I had a really bad experience with Budget Pet Products. They took my money for an order and then refused to send it. It seems like they made a mistake with the price or something, and instead of honoring the order, they wanted personal information from me before they would send it. That's a really shady practice if you ask me. What's even worse is that they don't even have a phone number to contact them. Seriously, why not? It's a big red flag for me. I mean, who asks for personal details just to place a food order for your pets? And then they wanted some kind of one-time account verification. What's that all about? It just doesn't make sense to me. And to top it all off, they had the audacity to say that my credit card was fraudulent. But guess what? They already took my money before saying that. Are they a bank or a pet supply company? I checked their terms and conditions, and there's nothing in there about needing personal information to create an account. It's just all really sketchy. I definitely do not recommend them.

I gotta say, Budget Pet Products ain't all that great, and it's all because of their delivery partner, Aramex. Now, let me tell ya, Aramex ain't exactly top-notch. I mean, just take a look at their Google rating of 1.3 stars. If we're being real generous and roundin' up, that's like a measly 0.5 stars for their delivery service.

And let me tell ya, that low rating definitely shows in my experience with Budget Pet Products. Lately, they've been pullin' some real shady moves. Instead of deliverin' my packages straight to my doorstep like they're supposed to, they just dump 'em off at some random "collection point." Can you believe that? There's a darn cat food store right next to that collection point, sellin' the same stuff at the same prices. That ain't what I paid for, let me tell ya.

Aramex Fastway, Budget Pet Products' delivery partner, is just takin' the piss. They can't even handle the local logistics properly, which means you can't trust Budget Pet Products to get your orders to ya on time, or heck, even at all. It's a real mess, I tell ya.

So, if you're lookin' for a reliable pet product supplier, I'd steer clear of Budget Pet Products. Their delivery partner is a joke, and it's causin' all sorts of headaches. Save yourself the trouble and find yourself a better option. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

DON'T BUY FROM BUDGET PET PRODUCTS!

So, let me start by saying that this is the very first time in my whole life that I've ever written a bad review. And let me tell you, it's for a good reason.

I decided to order some fancy, prescription food for my cat from Budget Pet Products. But guess what? After a whole month, that food still hadn't arrived. Can you believe it? I mean, seriously, it was a total nightmare trying to get a refund for this purchase. I had to send multiple emails, chat with them online, contact the courier, and even file a claim with PayPal. I mean, come on, I had to go through all these different channels just to get my money back. It was a real pain in the you-know-what.

Finally, after all that trouble, I got my refund. But guess what happened next? Weeks later, I received an email from Budget Pet Products asking for payment for the original order that they had already refunded. Can you believe the nerve of these guys? They're accusing me of lying and saying that the order magically arrived at my place. Well, let me tell you, it never did! I'm not a liar, and I don't appreciate being treated like one.

So, here's my advice to you: do yourself a favor and listen to all those other people who gave Budget Pet Products a measly one star. Trust me, it's just not worth the hassle of dealing with such a lousy company that chooses to use crappy courier services. I learned my lesson the hard way, but you don't have to. Just do a quick Google search, find the product you need, and get it from a place that actually knows how to do business properly.
