I bought three gift cards at Petro-Canada Crowfoot store 100 Crowfoot Way NW Calgary because Petro-Canada has promotion from May 06, 2025 to June 16, 2025.
Petro-canada crowfoot Calgary manager detached one sobeys gift card and gave me a wrong gift card barcode which is not qualified to claim a $10 e-gift card. He refused to give me the original barcode back to me or refund. Is this stealing?
