In May 2022, I purchased 4 new tires from PepBoys. Upon leaving the store, my car had a loud noise. I returned to PepBoys, and they serviced my car again, but upon leaving, I still had the noise. Again, I returned to PepBoys, and they serviced the car, still the same issue. After the 4th time returning to PepBoys, they told me that one of the wheels was bent, yet they installed the new tire anyway without explaining that to me. Had I know the wheel was bent, I would not have invested in new tires. I have contacted PepBoys, they will not return or credit the tires. I have contacted my credit card company, and they stated PepBoys provided documentation, but would NOT provide that documentation to me. I want to return the tires, and/or get credit for what I cannot use. I have NOT driven on these tires.

Desired outcome: Return tires for full refund
