Pep Stores review: I had a horrible experience at the maitland branch pep stores and thought I would lodge a complaint about it.

I went to Pep stores Maitland, cape town and received attitude from the staff there. I was there to purchase a sim card and have it rica'd. The sim card was for my father who has a broken leg, so he could not go in himself. I had all the necessary paperwork, his id document and proof of address, as well as him in my car, incase they didnt believe me. They refused to rica the sim. I suggested to them that one of them come with me to the car to see him but they flat out refused and made me feel like i was trying to commit fraud or something. I just had a horrible experience there and feel they need to brush up on there customer service. I am a good customer amd unfortunately now seei will never ever visit that store again. U guys lost a customer. I hope for your sake i hear back from u soon, as i will take this further. Regards, Miss JL Michaels
