Pep Stores review: Bad service

I am Millicent from Kriel in Mpumalanga just went to Pep clothing yesterday around 17H40 to buy my kid stationery what surprising a Cashier known by Thembekile/Thembsile not wearing a mask, eating simba chips in front desk where she helps Customers so I would like to know does that falls under Covid 19 protocols and Pep rules and procedures do it allow people to give such behaviour to customers? Worsen thing I was given short change when I ask the remaining change is it for a plastic there was no reply Instead a manager says to her just pick up the money that is been throw down and give it to her after wards she asked her cashier do you want to open a till for such amount my Question is don't I have rights to get my change even its 1cent is mine - Managers name Pumpkin I really dont like their attitude most people in kriel complaining about your staff, I also fowarded my Complain in facebook Pep Website but there, s still no reply I. m so upset.
