The Pep Boys review: Tire on front of my 2003 chrysler town and country

In march of 2022 I purchased had installed two cooper tires that the salesman told me were left over or returned therefore I got them installed for 150.00 instead of 250 I believed him for his word and went for the sale. It sounded too good to be true which I found out two months later which the tires started losing air. I noticed they were wearin out on the side walls. I live on small disability income and can not buy tires within 9 months of buying them I appreciated the price and service I got iu went back in june to have my ignition system analized and was told my serpitine belt needed replacement I did not fixignition problem was too expensive the tech bought me a worn out spark plug that needed replacement I told him I would do it one of the wires when I pulled it off the plug came apart seperated from the plug connector I still have a firin problem because of that mistake I do not have the money to fix it im sorry I ever wentr to pep boys I have to tires that are close to being trashed because of incompetence those tires should have been trashed instead of being sold. Hope we can resolve this problem. This the second time im writing you to lket you know customers should come first
