I had THE unfortunate occasion to call the Clawson, Michigan Pep Boys to inquire about an oil change and tires for a vehicle. The so-called manager, Mike, was exceptionally rude, condescending, sarcastic and downright unprofessional. I had an appointment for that week and due to this obnoxious employee, I immediately canceled my appointment there.
SHAME ON YOU PEP BOYS for hiring such a rude, nasty and unprofessional employee such as Mike!
Recommendation: RUN...Don't walk past this particular Pep Boys.

Sounds like Mike treats customers like they're an inconvenience, not the reason he has a job. You came in for basic service, not to get talked down to like a child. Good call canceling — if that’s how the manager acts, imagine the work they’d do on your car. Total bullet dodged.
