Autosport Plus

I gotta say, throughout the years, my thoughts have never changed. Autosport Plus LLC is the only place I trust to take my cars, SUVs, and bikes. It's been over 15 years now, and no matter what goes wrong, they always make it right. They've upgraded their shop, their experiences, and their customer service. When I walk through that door, it's always a good vibe. Matt and Kris always show me love, and for that, I thank you guys.

I bought a truck rim from Autosport Plus LLC. They said it would be brand new, but when I got it, it was actually used. I tried reaching out to the company multiple times to get this sorted, but the manager, Kris, just kept making excuses. He promised to check with the warehouse about why they sent a used rim, but I still haven't gotten an answer. Now, Autosport Plus is ignoring my questions and hasn't given me any solution for why I didn't get what I ordered.

I ordered 26 inch rims for my 2016 Dodge Durango and my 2009 Audi Q7. They said it would take two weeks, but it actually took a whole month. When I went to the shop, I saw that both sets of rims were already mounted with tires. However, the rims were too wide and stuck out. The guy named Matt ordered the rims without asking me if I wanted them to sit flush or poke out. He also didn't ask about the type of tire I wanted, he just ordered what he wanted. The tires on the rims were not meant for an SUV, they were skinny tires meant for a car. They didn't cover the entire rim properly, so if I hit a bump, the tires could burst and bend the rims. I complained to Matt on the first day about the tires being too small, and I also noticed that the rims had bend marks from when the tires were mounted. I didn't receive the factory center caps that originally came with the rims because I ordered floater caps from them. I spent $9000 on two sets of rims that were supposed to be flawless, but both sets had issues. The rims had bend marks and two of the tires were used. I asked Matt for different tires that fit properly, but he did nothing about it. Three weeks later, someone else called me after I complained on their page. They said they would swap my tires if I paid an extra $50 per tire. Why should I pay extra when the right size tires should have been ordered in the first place? I have an SUV, not a car. My rims already have bend marks from the wrong tires, and now there are even more. I just want my money back or a different set of rims. If the right tires were ordered initially, I wouldn't have this issue, aside from the bends caused by the tire guy.
