I had bought a plus subscription, which is 12 $/ month. I now see that I have been charged in total 347,86 $ this month!? 175,36 $ on the 26th of June 2023 and 175,62 $ on the 30th of June 2023 (today).

This is completely unacceptable (!) as my subscription has only been ongoing for a month. My subscription start date was on 05/16/23 and my subscription end date was on 06/30/23, so I have only had a subscription for one month. Even so, as stated, your website lists 12 dollars a month for a subscription, not this outrageous sum I have been charged twice, with only a few days inbetween. I demand an explanation and an immediate refund, or I will do everything in my power to let people know that you are stealing their money.

We were charged 144$ for a “free plan”. We would be willing to pay for this service, however, when we log into our account there is no subscription active because it says it’s free and we cannot change anything. We had to cancel our credit card because there is no way to get this “subscription” to stop. We assume it’s hooked up to our credit card but we are unable to tell. Company is very deceiving and NOT CLEAR.

After finishing, I am told there is a free trial and I just need to fill in my billing for after the free trial ends.

I AM IMMEDIATELY BILLED $144 WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.

I started the free trial a while ago and didn’t cancel because I didn’t think I’d get charged automatically after months and I never logged in the site after the day I signed up… Plus I got charged twice in a row, the same amount of money. Signed up last night for the free trial downloaded my document and then cancelled the free trial, all within about a minute. I have just looked and you have taken money from my account that I have not authorised you to do. I have contacted you via email also. Please get this sorted as a matter of urgency or you leave me no choice but to raise a dispute through my bank and visa.

I signed up for a free trial last month and I was just charged $156. It's ridiculous that this amount was billed.

(1) There was no reminder email about the exact date that this would be billed. I registered on May 6 and on Jun 5 the bill was sent without warning. Because of the time difference, I had planned to cancel the subscription today thinking that this was the deadline. This lack of transparency is genuinely unacceptable.

(2) Even if I accept this lack of transparency on the billing date, the registration email did not in any way state that I would be billed an annual plan. I was under the impression that the monthly rate would apply and it is not acceptable to charge such rates without any clear statement. I have read every single email and none state the full amount that I would be charged if I didn't cancel the free trial.

I visited my account since I used the service and like pdf filler, there is no active or previous subscription. Please resolve this issue. It's immoral to take someone's else hard-earned money especially from student. Please resolve asap I got rents to pay.

I and a co-worker tried this app thru google. As advertised, it is a 1 month free trial. After registering and using the app, we immediately cancelled our subscription as we were made aware that we will be charged after the free trial period. There was a confirmation that our subscription was cancelled and that we can still use the app for a month. We registered on the 24th of April and a month later we received an email that a payment has been made. We were charged 144$ for a 1 year subscription which definitely we didn't made, as we cancelled our subscription within the day after we used it. We are requesting for a refund!

On April 24 I was charged 102.72 for a yearly subscription, that I did not want. I did not get a email saying that I was going to be charged for this amount all I got was a email after saying I was charged 102.72 for a yearly subscription. I signed up for the free trail (did not receive an email that my free trail was ending) and did not want the yearly subscription. I can not afford to be paying that out of pocket. I have already canceled my subscription.

I used pedffiller ONCE. I logged in with the free trial I believe it was the monthly plan. Of course you have to add your credit card numbers but I canceled my subscription right after I finished my task, however they still made a charge for 1500 MXN (around 80 dollars) which seems to be the price of the anual plan. Fortunately I realized after a few weeks and my bank helped me to get my money back really fast. I think you can still claim it before 180 days.

Be careful with this page, at first thought it was my mistake but reading other reviews i see It’s a pretty common practice of them.

I just happened to be doing a search over my bank statements to look for charges and expenses from last year to write off on my taxes. I discovered this charge from over a year ago! I have never authorized anything like this! I would like to dispute with my bank, but I'm pretty sure that nothing will be done since it's been almost a year ago. Warning! Don't delay looking at your bank statements on a regular basis, to avoid the same thing happening! I feel like money, was just stolen out of my account for a charge I didn't authorize!

I clicked a link for a free trial as it was available as an option under my account.

I followed the link and added my details for what I believed would secure my free trial.

Immediately I am charged $200 CAN.

This is not my intention whatsoever. I am a student. This is distressing financially. I intended to secure a FREE trial. For which it would cost $12 monthly going forward... The math doesn't even add up.

I used online pdf filler once and entered my credit card banking info. I've seen that it won't charge me when I cancel the subscription so I cancelled it right after I used it. But surprisingly, it charge me $1.74 dollars on my account. How is this even possible. I thought its free. I'm afraid they'll charge me more on the follwing days and months.

I used this service MAYBE as I'm getting emails about using it to do my taxes or something. I've never ever been charged from this company until now. Nobe of the emails I've been sent warned about an upcoming charge. I've also not received an email AFTER they stole $96 that I need to make sure I pay bills that keep a roof over my head.

This happened this morning, on 3/28/23.

My bank account was charged $200 the day before yesterday. I NEVER authorized for it to be charged let alone for $200. Especially when I have the office 365 apps, there’s no reason for me to use this product. I did use it briefly like 2 years ago or longer. I’ve NEVER been charged before now, I stopped using the product that same year. To look at the charge you can’t help but think it took this charge out like it had a vendetta against my bank account. I didn’t even know what company it was when I looked at the transaction on my account. I googled it, came across a statement on their site stating they have had a lot of complaints of this very issue that it’s not their company. After, I located a confirmation of payment email FROM SARAH AT PDFFILEr! Come on man.

on March 4th your company sent me an email saying that i purchased a yearly subscription for $96. i have never even heard of your company and most definitely never visited your website and gave you any information on my bank or credit card. i will need to be refunded asap as you have stolen my money and sent me an email giving me no information. I have sent a picture of the email and transaction taken from my account.

My credit card was charged $22 with taxes for a month subscription from January-March. I only used it once ever last December and got a free trial and cancelled it as soon as possible that day before it was even activated. I suddenly just noticed now that it has charged me on my account which was unauthorized ever since. I have checked my email and i was not given a notification regarding it. I only noticed it now and I demand a full refund. Please acknowledge.

A few weeks ago I tried out pdf filler. Once!

I now got a notification saying you have debited 97 USD from my bank account through PayPal for a yearly subscription.

I did not sign up for that, and you also failed to inform me of that trial period ending and that you would charge me 97 USD.

Is this how you make your money? By tricking people into a subscription that they don't want?

Please do the right thing and refund my money.
